Worse experience I have had in a nail salon. They were very unfriendly. They charged me 30.00 for fill in and the sign clearly sister 27.00. They thanked other clients so heartily and barely said "thank you" to me. I will never enter that salon again and tell all of my friends.

A weekend getaway and got to go to the salon for a treat. The service was fantastic and I was so happy with my pedicure. Their pedicure was so awesome and I definitely recommend it. Very nice shop and the customer service is O_O.

OMG! They are the best! I had prom over the weekend but couldn't get an appointment anywhere. Everywhere I called, they said to come back later. However, I called GN and they said they were able to do my nails. When I came in, the shop was packed with senior high school students who were getting ready for prom. With my appt, I was able to have my nails done. Plus, I got to talk with other high schoolers.



Golden Nails really saved me and made me pretty. I felt special for my prom! I will recommend this place to my family. Really, they focus on the customers and the quality of the service. I will come back!

I am having a bridal party tonight, so I made an appointment to have my nails and feet done. I am really happy with the service. I called to come in at 9am but arrived 30 min early. Surprisingly, the shop was opened and they were able to do my manicure and pedicure. It was my first time in this salon, but I enjoyed it. The shop was clean and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I explained to the owner what I needed, and they recommended what was the best for me. I had the the best service and within an hour and 10 min, I was done. I had the most experience and even took a mini nap during my pedi. I was so happy so I decided to write a good review. They really deserve it- good customer service and the prices are reasonable. I will come back. I feel so happy with my mani and pedi.

I am from Charleston and was in the area to visit. I came to the salon and really enjoyed the service. Good atmosphere and the service was wonderful. The nail technician was very detailed and really took the time to do my mani and pedi. I love Lily! She is so adorable. I strongly recommend the salon because it is really awesome. I will come back again in May when I am there to visit.

HORRIBLE. Awful place, I left this place with a joke of a full set on my nails and a bad taste in my mouth. I went there today because they were the only place open. When I got there and sat down I asked if they had the Matte Finish for nail polish and he said "no we dont have it" , its odd considering matte is all the rage right now but i can accept that. I picked a plum color and they dint ask me but picked a GEL polish that costs more instead of the same color in a cheaper polish. Nice way to uptick so you can charge more! Again I didn't mind as I was spoiling myself but I was irritated that they would try to finagle the extra $$$ without asking me. The man asked me what I wanted and I showed him a specific PICTURE of MATTE, COFFIN NAILS. He started to drill away at the terrible lumpy, uneven acrylic he had just applied and they looked worse than before. I told him I did not like them and showed him the picture AGAIN and let him try to fix it a bit, after a few minutes of him hacking away at my nails...they were uneven, thick, and jutted out at an unnatural angle like my nail was growing away from my nail bed. At this point the dust was killing my sinuses and I was really let down so i asked if he could take them off and he insisted I pay him extra but not before he started yelling at me asking where he had made a mistake, and demanding I show him WHERE the nails were crooked. when i showed him he told me "Your finger do like that, thats how your nail grow" No. Its not. I've had my nails done and they NEVER looked like THIS before. I told them I felt that they did a complete hack job and the two women and the man started shouting at me that I had to pay at LEAST 20 dollars for the HORRIBLE work he had just done, I really dint want to pay but because of being yelled at and being disrespected I just coughed up the 20 dollars so I could get the hell out of there. I will NEVER go back to this place and WILL NOT recommend it to anyone either. Overpriced, terrible customer service and they SUCK at doing nails.

received a gift card for christmas and it was the best gift ever. I enjoyed the service and it was a very nice shop. I guess I will be coming to the salon from now on. Very pleased and happy!

Great place! Traveling through. Mani with gel polish and pedicure perfect!, $55. Pleasant, clean shop. In and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes! Never had a better nail job, anywhere, period!

The best nail shop in the area! I only go to this shop for my mani and pedicure. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I visited the area for the area and ended up at the Golden Nails for my mani and pedi treatments. I had a great time and enjoyed the service there. My nails were perfect and I loved them. Golden Nails provided a very good customer service. The shop was very nice compared to the other ones in the area. I guess I will be back to Golden Nails the next time I am in town.



P.S. I am jealous of the locals who get to come to the Golden Nails so often.

I come to the shop every time I come to the area to visit. I love the salon and the service. The nail technicians are really nice and they provide the best service. I enjoy my "specialty pedicure" and "signature manicure." I enjoy my service and thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful customer service, I am very with my mani and pedi. The nail technicians took good care of my nails and they were very nice. The shop is nice, clean and very relaxing. I will bring my family over and I will come back in two weeks.

Just got back from the vacay in Morehead City and had a wonderful time there. My friend and I went to Golden Nails for mani and pedi treatment and we loved it there. The service was wonderful. I had a fantastic time. It was so relaxing, very clean and professional. I love Lily, the lady who did my nails. She was so adorable and she made sure my nails look perfect before I left. Very happy! Can't wait to come back for my mani and pedi treat!

This place is AWESOME! Great customer service and it is the best place to be to get pedicure and manicure. A friend got me to come to this salon and now I am hooked. I have been coming here ever since. I am having my birthday party here next week and I can't wait!

I came here with a friend and we both loved it. The service was great, very nice and the tech are friendly and dedicated. We both tried their signature pedicure and it was heaven. We couldn't leave because it felt so good. I bought 5 gift cards to my family, and a little treat for myself. Now, my friend and I know where we want to go for our amazing pedicure.

I enjoyed their pedicure, the best one- I might say. Their customer service is fantastic. The shop is clean, nice and neat! Now I know where to come when I want my nails done!

I came here for my bridal party, and I loved it. I loved my pedi and mani, and I felt like I was the prettiest bride ever. Thanks Golden Nails for making my day so special. I loved the service- terrific! My sister is having her wedding in a few months, and I plan to take her here.

I am new in the area and some of my co-workers recommended me to Golden Nails. I went and fell in love with this salon. I am not kidding!!! I always get their specialty and it is always amazing. I don't want to leave after getting my nails done. The technicians are so nice. They provide good customer service. The shop is clean and very relaxing. They make me feel welcome.
