My experience was great as it always is.

it was great, an Charles was really helpful.

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD. I HAD A 10,000 CHECK UP AND OIL CHANGE AND IT TOOK NO LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES. THIS IS MY SECOND VEHICLE THAT I HAVE PURCHASED AT EAST TN. NISSAN AND I WILL CONTINUE TO COME BACK. I HAVE TO DRIVE APPROX. AN HOUR FROM VERY WEST KNOXVILLE, BUT IT IS WELL WORTH THE TRIP

Every time I come to Nissan to get an oil change Charles B. is very friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain things and I never feel pressured into a things. Which makes it easier for me to buy services.

Staff was very professional and showed a great concern for repairing my car in a prompt manner. Service was exceptional.

sales staff very professional. Working thru deal and agreed deal was very reasonable. Getting thru paperwork was kind of slow. Very happy with car, process, trade value, and sales staff. Somewhat and unexpected drove vehicle in our first rain event and wiper blades where completely worn out. I have since replaced. With it being certified and inspected I was a little surprised.

We had the car serviced and was treated fantastic.

Melissa was excellent in getting me in to fix a window regulator on a holiday weekend. Also the service time was exceptionally fast. I really expected to be there a lot longer than I was. She also did a very good job in letting me know what additional services was due on my vehicle. I had the same regulator replace 2 years prior. The mechanic who installed this knew what he was doing. He explained to me the probable cause when I first arrived and upon installation the window works better that it did when it was new. Fantastic job to all.
