We had the misfortunes of needing new water pipes ran throughout our house, mostly through the attic. After getting several quotes from other companies we met James with Prime Plumbing. We were overly impressed by his considerations of our problem and his knowledge. Without a doubt we knew their was a difference. James actually requested we look a little closer at the other companies. Two of the companies that told us they were insured never produced a certificate or got back with us. Another company had many complaints about there practice. We chose Prime Plumbing. The Team involved with the work were very diligent and fun actually to be around. Good bunch of guys. Once completed we had cleaner water, better water pressure and piece of mind. We will recommend and hire James and Prime Plumbing for our future issues!

I had them come do a job and after paying MAJOR Dollars I come to find out that the job was not what I was told. The Tech that came when he handed me the bill I was shocked to see i paid over $500 for less than 1 hr work. Seems that they like to charge big bills and give small service.

We've called them several times over issues with our plumbing and/or water pump. When they have come they are always courteous and professional. When they haven't come they have given us referrals of reputable companies, or explained what the problem was to save us from paying them for a trip that we could fix ourselves! :) Great honest, company!!!

I had problems with my drains at a late hour of the night. My neighbor had recently had Prime Plumbing at his home and was very pleased with their services.I mentioned in the title "Really Good Support Team" because it was a team effort in my view when I called them at such a late hour and got a live dispatch person answering the phone, who then sent out a qualified technician named Wade that than discovered my problem was my septic tank was full. So then the technician Wade relayed the issue back to the dispatcher who then dispatched one of their Technicians, Ben, with a Septic Pump Truck and saved the day. To me, that's a lot of help, at such a late hour from a company that never gave any indication of having to work late!!! I am very pleased to have found this company and will let others know to call this company.

I twisted off the hydrant on the side of my house and had to shut my water off. I called Prime because of their superior reviews. Their 5 star reviews proved to be highly accurate. I'm so glad I found a good plumber for the future and I will tell all my friends! Family company and very professional!

I value reviews and decided to write my first and about Prime Plumbing. We had a late night emergency with our house drains backing up. After calling around for help and only getting voice mails and no return calls from other companies we found the glowing reviews for Prime Plumbing. We were surprised when we were able to get a live person from the company at such a late hour. Penny, the dispatcher was pleasant and arranged to have a technician at our home within the hour! Our technician was Chad and he showed up on time, in uniform and was equally pleasant and understanding to our situation. After clearing some roots in our drain we thought we were wrapped up. Turns out that the drain issue was multiple. Our septic tank was also full to capacity. When we verified that with Chad we thought, well that's as far as we can go tonight. Turn's out the company has a 24/7 Septic Division also. Chad quickly had a technician out by the name of Ben who was quick to resolve the issue with our septic tank. We are very glad to have used the services of this company and will call upon them in the future. They carry themselves as professional as any one would hope for.

I met these folks at the last George Fest in Eustis and learned that they were a local plumbing company that also pumped septic tanks. This morning I had a problem with a full septic tank that was backing up into my house. I called Prime Plumbing and they could be out to my house this morning. They got here right when they said they would, quickly located the tank and had it pumped out within an hour. Great service by James and Richard and very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

Called Prime late on a rainy Sunday afternoon- they had a service tech at our home within an hour!!! Thank you for getting our water working again- control box on our well had died.....Will recommend this company to anyone in need of plumber or well tech! Thank you Penny and Shawn!!

James with Prime Plumbing just completed a tune-up of my 40 gallon water heater. I called this company out for a second opinion. The first opinion came from a plumber with another company doing work across the street from my home. He was quick to tell me I needed a new heater w/ barely looking at it. That's why I scheduled an appointment with Prime Plumbing. James was thorough, checked out everything with my water heater and corrected the small leak. I was so impressed with the way they answered the phones, dispatched James, who arrived on time, the amount billed was in reason and followed up with a call from the office to make sure I was pleased. Thank You!

These guys are the greatest!!!!!!! A+A+A+A+ period.I have been a plumber for over 40 years.Done it all, from rough,to trim, to remodel. But when my drainage backed up due to a 35 year old drain field, I knew I needed to call in the Calvary.I saw their add online and noted they had good reviews, and were highly rated.I have a nice lawn and a good irragation system in my yard, so you got too know how afraid I was of the carnage that I knew I was facing.I called Prime, they came right out, said they could handle it, and they did,A+A+A+A+Prime took care of everything, soup to nuts.I now have a good solid reputable plumber in Lake County, that I can count on.And that makes a good plumber, A PLUMBER YOU CAN COUNT ON.

I woke up on a Sunday morning after a storm and discovered I had no water from my well due to a broken pipe. I called Prime Plumbing and actually got a live person who promptly told me what to expect. Not only were they courteous, but they assured me someone would be out before noon. The technician who came was Philip and I highly recommend him for his friendliness and knowledge and not overcharging me. I will certainly use them again.

Called these guys out for a water heater in a rental home. They wanted $280 to replace the heating element, considering the parts are about $12.00 I dont think this is even remotely fair. I did it myself and paid them the $79.00 trip charge.

After gathering quotes from a couple "big name" companies, we called Prime Plumbing Inc. They quoted us a little less than the other companies, and also told us they could have a technician to us within 45 minutes. They gathered all the information they would need (details on the problem, details on our house such as year it was built, square footage, etc) to do the best job possible. The tech was here in much less than 45 minutes. The job took him around 2 hours, but he did it perfectly and did not leave until he was sure it was cleared up. He also provided us with some great advice and taught us a lot about our septic system! We would definitely recommend this company to everyone - excellent service, excellent results, and the amount we paid was well-earned and well-deserved.

When searching for plumbers in The Villages, this company came up on top of DEX, they had a few reviews and they were great reviews, so I decided to call them. I am glad I did too, cause being an elder woman living alone hiring a service company can be a little scary. I have had many experiences with people taking advantage of that fact that I am older and they have ripped me off. Prime Plumbing did not do this at all. The plumber was in a lettered van, he wore a uniform with his name and Prime Plumbing's name, not only that but he kept his work area clean and he told me the cost of the job upfront, there was no service fee, and there was no extra charges when he finished. I appreciate the services and the professionalism, as well as reassurance that not all service providers are crooks.

When you have a plumbing issue I highly recommend hiring Prime Plumbing. I live in Summerfield and just moved out here, but I searched online and found this company. With the good reviews I saw, the many discount offers, and the really cool website I decided to call them. Not easy being a single mom and I didn't have a million dollars to spend on what I knew was simple (for anyone with that trade knowledge). They treated me right and my bill was reasonable......THANKS SO MUCH PRIME PLUMBING you are a GOD send!

Living in the Villages has it's ups, the down is the plumbers around here are not good. That is till I found this company, they are fast to get on site with an emergency, and my neighbor said they were prompt for her scheduled appointment. I liked their prices and they inspected everything to make sure things were working right for free! I suggest you try this group out and believe me you wont be disappointed!

Christmas day went fine, the whole family gathered for a dinner at my place. Well the drains started to fill and drain slow as the day went on, with all the family using them (cooking and such). At about 6pm they just got completely clogged. I called Prime Plumbing and got a very fast response on the phone. She sent a plumber, Scott, he did a great job. Arrived right away and freed the drains up so we could all go on with the dinner party. They did not charge me outrageous prices either! Thanks again Scott, and Prime Plumbing, God Bless.

We come down for winter every year, this year we decided to do a remodel on the home and rent it out during the months we are up north. We wanted all this to be done before we returned this winter. I called and coordinated with James (the owner) to do all this work and got him a key to gain entry. When we arrived this month it was finished, clean as when we left, and like turning a key on a brand new car, everything worked with no problems. This company is trusted by me and I would refer anyone to use them, and trust that your job will be completed and cleaned of any debris when using James and his guys.

This company recently showed up in The Villages, a few friend used them and were pleased, so I called them. We had a water heater decide to not work on us recently. They came out and scheduled us immediately. Gave us a free diagnosis and estimate and had all parts on hand for the repair. Great price, punctual, courteous, and professional. I will call on them again if I need to.
