Doctors Immediate care center has the very Professional staff I can say there take up considerable amount of time on each patient, they see that your medical conditions are cured even in a longer period of treatment.We are also alerted on our next appointments which is very reminding of course.

I had an operation for both issues on the day of arrival. The operation seems to have been successful and the care before, during and after could not have been better.

The hospital, staff and facilities were all excellent and should I ever have the need to go back to hospital in the future, I would certainly choose to go back to the Doctors Immediate Care Clinic.

My thanks to my surgeon, nurses and support staff.

I was admitted on 18 Jan 2017, surgery was performed before lunch that day & I was back home, pain free, before lunch on 20 Jan 2017! An excellent result for a major operation.

The gynecology team & the nursing staff were friendly & professional. My special thanks go to the surgical team & my allocated nurse, who, being on duty from 7am to 9pm on 18 Jan, was still at my side at 9.30pm, sorting out my catheter problem. Nothing was too much trouble for her & her dedicated care was very much appreciated.

The ethos seems to be to effect surgery as quickly as possible after admission & for the patient to be discharged as quickly as possible, thus reducing costs & infection likelihood & maximizing throughput. That is just as it should be.

Each patients having far more space, infection risks being reduced & the ambience being far better.

I feel so privileged that we have this wonderful facility on our doorstep. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Doctors Immediate Care.

Very surprised by reviews by patients who have gone and felt they have been treated in a different way to private patients. I myself a DIC patient received nothing other than utter respect, courtesy and reassurance throughout my stay. The nursing staff and doctors explained to me what would be happening when I felt unsure, were quick to offer more refreshment whenever required. They explained aftercare and made it clear that I could contact them any time after my discharge with any worries I may encounter.
I am to be admitted again and have no worries regarding the professional behavior of staff. I hope this will put any DIC patient at ease.

I cannot speak too highly of the care I've just received. All aspects of care and treatment including the technical knowledge and skill of medical and nursing staff and the sensitivity, care, responsiveness to my needs and warmth of all staff was exemplary. Great teams and just fantastic all round.

My husband was admitted on Christmas Eve of all days! Had appendix removed on Christmas Day and was discharged within 2 days. A particularly grim time of year to be in hospital but the whole staff was faultless! Excellent care from the Domestics to the Consultants and everyone in between.
The nurses were visibly overworked and understaffed but the care they gave was second to none.
We have nothing but admiration for all concerned ... Very Well Done!!

The nurses and staff were excellent, being a worrier myself, they put me at ease and the flexible cystoscopy was a breeze, they gave me good advice and made a scary time for me easy to deal with, Great Job, would like to recommend this place. Thank you.

I Visited the practice and have to say i was very happy with the service provided, i left a negative comment once before when i felt a family member did not get the treatment they deserved but in this case i am pleased to say i was very happy with my treatment.. The support staff is also very competent and respectful.

Everybody at the Doctors immediate care is doing a great job!

In my opinion they all are very hard working efficient and friendly at this practice and it is very well organized comparing to some practices!

For example, if you cannot get an appointment for the next couple of days there is always an open clinic every morning and a late evening surgery on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a Saturday morning clinic for people who cannot make it before 6 pm (commuters).

People must realize we are (still) very lucky to get this free service!

Having recently had to attend daily for 2 weeks for a wound dressing, I can honestly say the care, service, facilities, treatment, consideration, compassion, professionalism and personal concern is second to none. This applies to all staff - nurses, receptionists & doctors alike, all far exceeded expectations. A fantastic practice and I am lucky to have this as my local.

Great surgeons. We have been with them for 2 years. Staffs are very approachable and facilities are neat and clean. They also have parking available at the back.

Open access clinic is great when you can’t wait for the scheduled appointments.

The doctors are very receptive and eager to assist. They do try to finish the appointments on time but I think it is the right thing to do when others are waiting. Only yesterday I visited a doctor who was running late during a late evening shift but didn't hurry me up and listened very patiently.

The support staff is also very competent and respectful.

Overall I think this a great clinic and I have recommended them to friends and family.

I was very impressed by the level of information and friendliness. I was in for a minor operation which involved an overnight stay. We were kept informed about timings and the staff was very good at keeping me at ease.
After the operation was a little haphazard due to the last surgery, a sandwich was found (I'm a veggie). It was nice and freshly made.
Overall I was comfortable and the nurses made sure that I had enough pain relief. And when I went back home, the next day I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the hospital asking me how I was, and double checking I had enough pain relief.
A simple gesture which was very much appreciated.
Excellent service all round.

The reception staff and nurses were pleasant and efficient and there was very little waiting around. The consultant explained everything well, was very thorough and sent me for the scans and tests I needed. The consultant's secretary was helpful when appointments needed to be changed, but the whole experience was as good as it could have been and helped me make a quick recovery. Because the clinic is small, the staff can treat you as an individual and it is unlike any other clinic I have been in. I feel very fortunate to have been referred here.

Despite being nervous I was made to feel welcomed, looked after and supported. The whole team at the Doctors immediate care clinic do a fantastic job and I was overwhelmed at how extremely hard all the staff work and how proud they are to wear the DIC clinic uniform. I wouldn't have a procedure anywhere else. Great surgeons, Great teams and just fantastic all round.

I attended the clinic last year for a number of investigations. On Monday I went to the clinic to try to sort out a problem. I was dealt with by a staff member in Business Development. I have to say they went above and beyond to sort out my problem. They made it possible for me to see a consultant within 2 days. I saw a consultant who is such a lovely person and very thorough. I was sent for an ultrasound and the staffs there were also brilliant. My visit to the clinic was very worrying but made easier with the kind and extremely helpful staff you have there, I was made to feel at ease.

Can't thank them all enough.

The service I received was very professional as well as friendly. Waiting times were minimal.
I need help after discharge and this was freely and easily available by phone,
Arrangements were very quickly made for me to return to the ward for my follow-up care.
The Trauma and hassle inevitable with any surgery was minimized as far as possible.

‘’Of all the Clinics available for treatment in my area’’, this is the only one I would use by choice. The staffs are friendly and competent and treated me no differently than I imagine they would a private patient. I went into surgery confident and happy which is not something that could be said for the other clinics, I have experienced with my wife.

The surgeon herself was pleasant and efficient and at no time did I fear anything she was considerate of my situation and explained what was happening at all times.
Discharge was carried out without delay and only when staff was happy that I was ready to leave.
I was glad I chose this clinic and would do so again and again.

Doctors here maintains regular contact with medical specialty areas (physicians, secretaries, and administrators) as needed as part of the patient care team to ensure quality-scheduling services.

Finally i have just returned home from a Clinic, with multiple fusion surgery at Doctors immediate care. I cannot praise the surgeon, hospital and staff enough

I was quite frightened about my surgery but was fully consulted throughout and I can already see an improvement.

The hospital and its facilities were excellent and the entire staff including housekeeping, catering, nursing staff and physiotherapists treated me with kindness and compassion while being professional at all times.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital and consultant for anyone requiring excellent surgeries and recuperation.
