They replaced our old AC and furnace and we are very satisfied. Their techs are pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. We need more honest and upfront people like that in the workforce and we recommend A-1 American to anyone.

After working diligently for over three hours to unclog the main drain line, their plumber just left the house! He was extremely professional and personable, did excellent work, and cleaned up when he was done. Next time we need plumbing assistance we'll be calling A-1 and requesting the same guy!

Friendly and professional services. The plumbing in our home is some cheap stuff from the 80's and he knew what to do with it. The problem was fixed fast and he did a great job cleaning up too. We would definitely use them again.

I too was ripped off by this company. 1300 for 3 hours of work. They replaced a toilet flange, typical charge should have been 200 . I don't know how they sleep at night. Wish I had read the Better Business Bureau before I call these guys.



Beware!!

A-1 installed a water heater at my house recently. Their techs were very friendly and knew a lot about what they were doing. They ordered the tank and it didn't take long for it to be shipped. When it came in they had it installed that day and it's running great. Night and day difference from before. I would recommend A-1 American without hesitation.

A-1 American's friendly staff did a thorough and complete job with the repairs. They left a tennis ball for my dog too and he loves it! Their magnet is on my fridge for easy access.

I called A-1 because my disposal was backed up, the guy arrived first thing in the morning and the problem was solved within 30 minutes. He explained what caused the problem, was very courteous, and guaranteed his work. I am VERY satisfied! I will definitely be calling them again when I need help!

I was able to get my water leak fixed thanks to Bryan. He came out when he said he was going to and got the repair done quickly.

My plumber John S. was so great, he was very thorough and professional. I was having a back up in my bathroom and he came right away in the morning to fix it. He explained everything he was doing and why it needed it be done. He even called later in the day to make sure everthing was still working well! I would recommend him to come help anyone.

Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain so we called A-1 American a little after 5. The plumber was willing to do the job and came out a little after 6 that evening.despite the time. Jeff and his assistant arrived promptly for the appointment. They were very respectful of the house as they were passing through. Jeff was great at explaining what was going on as they fixed everything. I was impressed by their professionalism, often when we get people to fix things the guys have a tendency to be all big headed or condescending like "oh you didn't know you just had to do this" . But Jeff had a great attitude that carried from start to finish. For the quality of service they provided I would choose them over any other plumbing company. A-1 American definitely gets my stamp of approval!

John was a very nice service man and took the time to tell us what was wrong with the water heater and then said it didn’t need to be replaced, just needed a new pressure relief valve. Honest and courteous!

I've had a great experience with A-1 American. John was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the leak in the yard quickly -he was done within 4 hours. He was clean and efficient - you couldn't even tell that he had dug up and front yard. He did a great job!

The technician was on time and explained everything he was doing.. He was friendly and efficient. Although it was an expensive job, the overall cost was reasonable and I felt that it was a quality installation.
