Our 20 year old front door stained glass was unexpectedly broken and required a real craftsman to repair the door. Our objective was to have it repaired and look as if it were never broken, but did think that would be possible for a door that old.



Trey asked for a few good photos of the glass and door to allow for his identification of the glass and color. He then e-mailed a price estimate and later showed up ready to go to work. His work was that of a master craftsman and we are totally satisfied and grateful for his ability and promptness for a job well done.

I needed privacy for 4 large foyer windows that opened up to my master bedroom. I contacted Trey for a quote on leaded glass inserts. He was very responsive and knew what would work for our needs. He delivered a fantastic product for a very reasonable price. I am happy to recommend him to anyone!

My son a few months back broke a leaded sidelight in our front door with a soccer ball. We contacted Trey and he came out promptly, removed the sidelight, boarded up the opening, repaired the broken glass pieces at his shop, and had it back installed to us in under a week. There were around 7 pieces of glass that were broken and I could not tell which pieces were original and which were replaced after the repair. They did superb repair work and would gladly recommend and use again.

trey answered my email within 5 minutes of sending. he gave me a quote over the phone after reviewing the requested photos. the stained glass front door has never looked better. the man knows his glass.

Trey called and we discussed the windows and type of damage. He arrived precisely on time and repaired the windows so well that we could not locate where the repairs were made. I am in the process of restoring a 100+ year-old house with many wonderful features. One of my favorites is my front door with its the leaded glass sidelights and transom. But it was literally falling a part.

Trey built a custom stain glass window for my home. It was an unusal shape and was very challenging to trace to get the correct dimensions. Trey very patiently traced the shape to achieve a perfect fit.

We recently had Trey install custom leaded glass windows in the French doors on the front of our home. Not only did he do an absolutely exquisite job creating the windows, his craftmanship installing them was outstanding. He had to remove our existing windows, which was a huge job, because of all the caulking that was used when they were originally installed. Trey methodically removed all of the trim without damaging one piece. Our doors look absolutely gorgeous. We'll definitely use Trey again.

Trey instantly saw from the pictures I sent him the challenges in repairing and refurbishing my custom, beveled glass interior door panel. It was badly bowed and almost falling out of the door frame; several panes had pulled out from the lead channels and the door frame; and several panes were chipped and needed replacing. I was impressed by his knowledge and years of experience, and reassured by his confidence and straight-shooting manner. My door was in good hands. His skill and high standards as an artisan were reflected in the excellent job he did - my door looks great. I highly recommend his services.

I think we were a little out of Trey's service area but he made the trek and repaired our door!! The door was on the verge of falling into a million pieces and I just had no idea how he could possibly put it back together. He arrived on the day he promised he would and was actually a little early. A nice surprise as I am used to contractors showing up "sometime" on the scheduled day. He was very professional, went to work quickly and neatly. He gave me some background on my door that I thought was leaded glass, it was actually brass and zinc. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. Trey saved the day and did an excellent job in replacing several broken panes in our leaded front door. He called ahead to confirm our appointment and arrived right on time. He was very quick in making the repair but took his time to match up the glass and to perform the work on the correct side so it doesn't look like anything was ever broken. A1 Leaded Glass (Trey Thomas) is Awesome. I would totally recommend them. My son threw a soft ball and broke a leaded glass payne in our front door. We are considering moving and needed to fix it. So, we called around and sent Trey a picture, he gave us an estimate and came out 2 days later. Once arriving, he assessed the situation, came up with a great solution and did a perfect job. We were in the middle of getting a new master bath. I had the great idea to use a window from an old house that I rescued from demolition as the quaint source of light in our new shower. Our construction guys got it all framed up and were ready to put it in place when we realized that the old window was bowed and couldn't be used. We were on a tight schedule, so I did a Google search on stained glass windows and found A-1 Stained/Leaded Glass. I looked at the beautiful windows, found our favorite and called Trey Thomas for help. The dimensions of the window I picked on the web site were 4 ft. X 4 ft. My opening was 24 in. by 2 in. Trey had several deadlines to deal with when we called him, but he took the time to create a beautiful smaller scale window for us that fit perfectly. And he had it ready for us in just a couple of days. I later learned that creating a smaller window with smaller pieces of glass is actually more difficult than working with larger windows. Thank you so much, Trey. You are a true stained glass wizard!
