Probably the most professional Tech I have had in awhile. If this company's other techs are like Manny, I plan to be a long time future customer of theirs.

Darrell did a great job and suggested additional plumbing items that need attention.

AAA plumbing is the best. They really go the extra mile. I was very pleased with the plumber that came to my house. Paul I. was there very late doing a water heater for us and kept a smile on his face, and a friendly, positive attitude the whole time. I have had plumbers and companies before that you could tell it was just too big of a inconvenience and if it was too late attitude showed. Not with AAA!!!! The price was right and the service was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend AAA plumbing...and Paul I.

Manny was willing to do whatever it took to find the exact items I wanted and install them properly.

Paul/AAA Service fixed our tub drain and we couldn't be more pleased. It was completed faster than anticipated considering the problem we had. Highly recommend Paul and AAA Service.

paul was very helpful and friendly. we had a leak in the faucet sprayer hose. i thought it would be an easy fix, but we had to replace the faucet. he did not pressure me at all to replace the faucet; i could have bought a faucet somewhere else or order the part from grohe and have it installed, but that would have taken some time and i did not want to continue washing dishes in the bathroom sink!! paul is someone i would recommend for plumbing issues.

There moto is "When your concerned enough to use the best." My advise is call some one else. You can find the same level of service and same products much cheaper @ other company . Do the research and find a plumber you can trust not a sales person trying to get his commision. Yes they work off commision.

They charge $49.95 to come out and wanted to charge $3000.00 for a basic water heater with no code upgrades. That is criminal at best!!! I found another company that provided the same service and same water heater @ less than half the price...

We had a sewer back-up into our basement on Sunday. I called AAA and they had someone at our house within 3 hours. There was no overtime charge for Sunday and it was only $99 to have our main sewer line cleaned. There was an extra $45 charge to take our toilet apart, but the AAA plumber (Mike?) said we could avoid that $45 charge if we wanted to remove the toilet ourselves. I really appreciated him giving us that option. After pulling a mass of tree roots out of our drain, Mike said he was goin to hand out problem over to his supervisor. Two days later another AAA plumber showed up promptly on-time and scoped our lines just to make sure it was clear, at no additional cost! I really feel like we were given first class service at second class prices. Thank you! We will use you again and recomend you to others.

came out to a tune up and sent another tech to look at the heat exchanger and broke a part in the process refused to replace left my family without heat for almost a day owner is not very nice to deal with either don't use them find someone else told my parents they need a new heater not true!!

I don't know about AAA but I called Kevin and he was exactly what the previous reviewer said. Curteous, accurate, and didn't gouge.

I have to say that I never really go and rate any companies that I may use for service but I felt the need to extend my gratitude to the guys at AAA. My house was in desperate need of an update on the both my air conditioning and heating systems. I called AAA to get a qoute and they came right out to my house that day. Their prices were far lower than most of the other companies I called and they even gave me a discounted rate for doing both of the systems at once. I put up their magnet on my fridge and will be using them whenever needed in the future. I told my neighbor about them last week and now she is getting a new air conditioning system put in as I am writing this. Thank you so much for your professionalism in this crazy economy of sketchy businesses!

I found these guys with DexOnline and scheduled an appointment with them. I will say that they called before they showed up and were timely, neat, and courteous, but that's where the show ends. I had a phone quote from another plumbing company for my small job, for $180. The guy from AAA took a look at the job and then started telling me that it was a lot more complicated than it appeared. He told me I was "in luck" because the prices would be going up tomorrow and that this price quote was a really great deal. The quote was for $730!!! I laughed!!! I told him that I already had a quote for $180, and that I thought THAT was high. He seemed a little miffed that I wasn't falling all over myself thanking him for his great "deal". After all this, he still charged $49.95 for the estimate!! I went to Craigslist and found a Master Plumber that came over within 1.5 hours, did the job, and charged me $68 for both parts and labor!!!! The guy to call is Kevin at 303-350-8102. I couldn't agree more with the review above. This outfit is a bunch of highway robbers. They won't give a phone quote, they come out when there is no need, they try to sell you "service plans" that you don't need, and their quotes have consistently been TWO TO THREE TIMES what others charge. Avoid this outfit like the plague. They're nothing but a bunch of crooks.

Refuse to give a quote over the phone. Charge $50 to come to give a quote. When they arrive, they look up the price in a book (without even looking at the plumbing problem in question first). Why couldn't they do that over the phone? Then, quote ridiculous prices. It looks like they are hoping to make a business out of charging $50 for quotes. What a joke of a company.

My water heater broke down in the middle of the day. These people came out and immediately started talking negatively about the old one I had (which lasted 10 years) and proceded to preach the dangers of other plumbers sales pitches and other water heater manufacturers than the ones they were pushing (which I never heard of). After telling me it would be $2100.00 for the good one and $1700.00 for the not as good one, i showed him the door. They charged me $50.00 for this attempt to rip me off. I later contacted a different professional who installed a 9 year warranty water heater for less than $800.00 total with all parts, equipment and labor. I wouldn't recommend AAA Service to my worst enemy.
