Jeff with sales was fantastic, explained all my different options in detail and gave offered good suggestions. It was decided that my existing air filtration unit and existing humidifier were in great shape so they would not need to be replaced, saving me money. The whole sales process was very comfortable and delivery was quick.

The installation went quickly but when the lead tech was done my existing humidifier was not working. After troubleshooting the tech determined the water inlet solenoid was bad. I questioned that assertion because I have verified just a week before it worked after some plumbing rework but I went with the techs findings. A replacement solenoid was needed so the tech put in a service call for the next day to replace the solenoid free of charge even though it was not part of the new furnace.

The next day a different tech arrived with the part and I again indicated that I felt the solenoid was fine and the issue was a wiring error with the furnace installation. The tech did recheck the installation work and replaced the water inlet solenoid which did not correct the issue. After some additional checks it was determined that the wiring for the humidifier was done incorrectly which the new tech corrected. The humidifier started working and the issue was resolved.

Although I felt the service techs were a bit lacking in their abilities I at least want to acknowledge Aladdin's quick response to my issue and willingness to forgo charging me for a part not included in the furnace installation, which turned out not to be the problem anyway.

I have been a customer with Aladdin Heating and Cooling Since the early 1990's. Today's Annual Furnace Service once again confirmed the quality of customer service that has been inherent part of this company's operation for over 35 years. The service technician today was again knowledgeable, professional and remarkably efficient, and he answered all of my questions and concerns.

Jeff the grandson of the founder of this family owned business gave me a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. He was honest and up front with his quote. I had four different quotes and his was the most competitive and clearly stated. Morgan and Thomas were the technicians. They were polite, competent and covered floors to not dirty up anything. Work was completed on time as promised and in a professional manner.
I would highly recommend Aladdin.

Aladdin was truly great! Joe the tech was knowledgeable and honest when our A/C unit failed. We bought a new furnace and A/C and the installers were on time, conscientious, and work quality was great! Definitely recommend.

Called in the morning and they were here by early afternoon. Josh did a great job replacing the part and making sure everything was running the way it should. Will recommend this company to all family and friends.

My furnace went out on a Sunday and called the Aladdin 24x7 hotline. They sent out a technician 1st thing Monday morning who diagnosed multiple cracks in the heat exchanger. I knew this day was coming as it was time to replace my old 32-year old Lennox furnace and the same age A/C unit too. That Monday afternoon, Aladdin sent out Dan the salesman who was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. He took the time to understand my dilemna and immediate need. He did a walk through to review my requirements, and quickly came up with a quote for both the furnace and A/C at which time we scheduled the install the next day Tuesday morning. The 3 Aladdin installers (Morgan, Serhii, and Jason) showed up promptly first thing Tuesday morning. They were very professional and their dedication and attention to detail was paramount. They replaced both old Lennox units and installed the new Carrier furnace and A/C units by early afternoon which was amazing. All of the old equipment was cleaned up and hauled away too! I was up and running without a hitch. Kudos to the Aladdin team for getting the heat turned back on. I am very happy with Aladdin and would recommend them to anyone looking for new furnace and A/C units, or for any heating and cooling needs.

Had a wonderful experience with the Aladdin team. They literally saved our lives! We had a very old system that was chugging along but thru an inspection we found out there was a carbon monoxide leak !! By law, the entire system was forced to be shut down. Luckily, the team at Aladdin stepped up to the plate and very quickly helped us with an overhaul of our entire HVAC system and we could not be more pleased with their service, products, and follow through! I would give 10 stars if we could!! (Thank you to Roger for putting down the plastic barrier on our brand new carpet so everything stayed spick and span.)

Their installers Mike and Raid were great, very friendly and professional. They were here on time and did their job above my expectations. Made sure they had protective covering for the carpet, cleaned up everything once the work was completed, and gave great tips and advice. At the end explained in detail what was done and what I as a homeowner would need to know. I highly recommend Aladdin. Can't beat their price, they give you the best deal, and explain to you everything about each product, they don't oversell. They are very trustworthy and honest. Additionally, I will say the same for the electrical company they use, Macson electric, the electrician they work with, great worker, knows his job, called ahead to confirm, got here on time, took a look at what needed to be done, got right to it, answered any questions I had. Great neat work cleaned up everything and that was it. Could not ask for anything more. I am very happy and pleased. I have been with Aladdin for many years and can’t think of anyone I’d rather service my HVAC system. You can be reassured that they will take care of whatever it is you need.

Just installed the new heater & A/C unit on 1/25 after having a discussion about the system and quote on 1/21 with Jeff Turowski. My search for heating companies over the past 2 months was just done right after the meeting with Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and honest, so I was able to make the decision without any pressure. Jeff recommended just the right unit that will be sufficient to my house (not needed to spend extra money for fancier model). Quoted price was the best among all the quotes I've got in 2 months. Additional services were all included. Easy to understand the itemized service.
Installation was also flawless. Zach and Raid came on time as scheduled. Floor covering, shoecovers, masks-on...etc. They just completed the whole work including the old unit hall-away by 3pm, without even having lunch. They went over all the important factors and instruction after the work. Very kind and knowledgeable. My wife and I was very pleased to business with.
I have another appointment scheduled with Jeff for balancing the ductwork for better flow (no additional charge).
These guys were just awesome, and I would give 100 stars, if I could.

Great support from Aladdin! I have an old boiler system that started to soot up and had flames rolling out of it. I had to call Aladdin after-hours, where they came by the same day and cleaned my system on a cold day. I wouldn't have had heat for the rest of the weekend if it wasn't for them. They recommended that I did a full boiler cleaning during business hours after verifying that my boiler was temporarily fixed to save me some money. I appreciate this team!!

Aladdin is my go-to HVAC provider without question. They are honest, prompt and reliable 24/7. They installed my A/C 15 years ago, and I have had three or four service calls including this morning. I called last night at 8:30pm temp In our condo rose to 81 even though the stat was set to 77. I had checked circuit breakers, thermostat modes, etc. but the blower would not run. I asked for next day service call. Service technician Joe arrived by 8:00am and pointed out that I just needed new batteries in the Sensi Wi-Fi thermostat. Even though it looked like it was working, it was not! Watch out for that. I’m glad to pay the base service call fee to learn that and to have the system checked since we are getting 90 deg. days here in late August. They are not paid commissions to push parts that you don’t need
like some other companies that I have experienced.

Aladdin had the best pricing, the most detailed explanation of what systems would be best for our home. We replaced our furnace, humidifier, A/C and water heater and added an air purifier, all for less than other quotes. They arrived on time and with a large enough crew to get it all done in less than one day. Their electric contractor worked well with the Aladdin team and he identified some code violations which he corrected and brought the electrical wiring up to code as part of the deal. Trustworthy company, everybody seems to enjoy their jobs and are proud of their work.
