When I called and made an appointment, I was thrilled that I did not have to wait a long time for an appointment. When the tech came, he was very courteous and friendly. He fixed my water heater, which was leaking. It didn't take long for him to fix the problem and I was able to finally able to finish my laundry. Thank you so much.

Been my commercial and home plumber for over 12 years. Would not recommend anyone else!

Doug was very nice and helped me understand my plumbing problem. They texted that a tech would be there in afternoon and then called when he was in way. Will use them again.

They were very prompt in coming out to do the work.

During the shut down, I called several Plummer’s, none showed up, but All pro showed up and fixed the problem with my hot water heater. I have other work they showed up again,I know after other work is completed they will do a great job

I have just received a quote and an appointment. I have not had any service yet.

Dependable and affordable. Called in and had a knowledgeable tech arrive in 2 hours and had the job completed in a timely manner, can't get much better then this. They are at the top of my list when I need a plumber.

They sent someone out who couldn't give a quote or a time to complete. Asked for my email so the office could send a quote. The office sent an email asking for a review of service. Prior to submitting this review, I responded that I never received a quote or had any work done. Now more than 48 hours since the individual came out, there has not been a response, quote, or followup. Another company responded immediately and completed work the same visit, so consider calling around first.

The young man was very nice. He answered all my questions and was finished with the job in a timely manner. I will definitely refer and use again.

Wonderful! I called on a Friday thinking no one would be able to help. All Pro had someone out within a few hours and repaired the area to get water back on the rental property by close of business. Very happy with their quality, speed, and price.

So far great service. The gentleman that came to look at my hot water heater was straight to the point and professional.
