"Doctor David" was very helpful today when he checked my new refrigerator. Turned out nothing was wrong with the refrig, but I needed a few tips to keep it in good shape. He also gave me some good tips about my other appliances.

"Doctor Grant" arrived at the beginning of my 3 hour window, quickly repaired my Subzero and informed me there was a recall on my Jenn-air oven, he had all the parts needed to repair both units on the first trip!

My Kitchenaid ice machine stopped working. I set up service with Appliance & Refrigeration Hospital and they sent out a very amazing technician who quickly discovered the issue and corrected it.

Talked to serviceman on phone who assured me that maximum cost to repair my Maytag microwave would be under $240 so I scheduled appointment. Different serviceman showed up and told me the cost to repair would be over $350 and not worth it. . For this 5 minute visit he wanted $89. If I had been told the truth I would never have scheduled this service.

Warning!!! Do not use this company!!! This company was not only to incompetent to fix the problem with my refrigerator, they also tried to bill me for the warranty service call. I have spent more time on the phone with them about my bill, which should have been billed to Whirlpool because the refrigerator is under warrant, then it took them to not fix my refrigerator. At one point I was told that one of the customer care people I sent in all my paperwork to was no longer with them and I would have to resend them the info for the 4th time. They even had the audacity to threaten to send me to collections if I did not pay my bill.I am a business owner myself and cannot even comprehend how a company can run their business in such a matter! I don't know if I will use this company again. I chose them because they were supposedly the oldest and most reputable place in the Portland area. And they have EXORBITANT prices. So, I thought I was paying for the highest quality. I am really angry!! The only reason I am giving the 3 star rating is because the technician was TOTALLY AWESOME. For his sake, I will call him, "Doctor D". He was great... very knowledgeable, very friendly and he was early for both appointments. Here's what irks me... My refrigerator quit cooling on Sunday night, Sept. 11th. I got a recommendation for this company from a family member. I went to the website on Monday. Here's what I read on their website: "For emergency and downed refrigeration service, and the appointment times below do not work for you, please call us for service." Ok... I had an emergency AND downed refrigerator service. My problem was JUST NOW FIXED today, Sept. 23rd. REALLY????? An EMERGENCY will be fixed in 12 days? That's B.S.!!!

Absolutely the best service around. I had them out to fix my SubZero, they were awesome. I have been using this company for 10 years and have never had a problem.

Came out and need a part for me Samsung dishwasher, ordered it. Waited a week. then 2 min before my reschedled because ordered wrong part..... REALLY!!!! Then waited 2 weeks and said that they will be hear from 9am-10am. It is now 10:10am. I called and they said "maybe in the next 45 min." DO YOU NOT CARE ABOUT MY TIME!!!! DONT USE THESE JOKERS!

These guys are horrible. Came out and diagnosed my refrigerator, ordered parts, installed parts, and it did not fix the problem at all. However, they were very prompt in sending me a $400+ bill. Stay away.

These guys are qualified to work on almost any appliance; they seem busy probably because they are the best! The technician arrived in a timely manor and promply repaired my Sub Zero refrigerator! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I had my SubZero service by Appliance Hospital and they were great. They came out and fixed my refrigerator on the first trip and even were able to fix my Bosch washer that was causing problems too! The technician was extremely knowlegable and courteous and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing thier appliance repaired.

Awesome service! Very knowledgable and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend them for appliance service. They are knowledgable on many brands and are factory authorized. I found that their online scheduling and notifications to be very technical and professional. I will use them for all my appliance service needs!

Provided by YP.comWe had a gas leak with our cooktop. The gas company recommended these guys to fix it. The technician initially misdiagnosed the problem and we were stuck paying for the parts and labor for the part that wasn't leaking. 4 weeks later the new part arrived and it is finally fixed.
The technician stripped one of the screws on one of the burners and claims it was like that before he started. Which is very unlikely since we bought the house new in 2005 and never had any work done on it. It also took over 2 months total to get the cooktop fixed with the delays and misdiagnosis.
I can't believe these guys stay in business. Avoid them at all costs!
