Outstanding Service!!! technician is very knowledgeable about the services he performs, but he is very efficient in his work. My washer was not spinning properly and after explaining my problem to him, he new exactly what to do. He completed the services in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. I was very pleased with his services, and would refer to ANYONE!!! Thank You!!

Our dryer sounded like a jet engine taking off, so we called Appliance Pro Inc. Nick was there within an hour, found the problem and fixed it. The "extra help" was when it came to ordering the lint catcher for our dryer. I was having a problem with the model and serial numbers because our dryer is old and the numbers are only partly there. Nick did some research on my computer and found the part and helped me to order it. If ANY of our appliances need repair, I will not hesitate, but call Nick first.

sam and Nick of Appliance pro do a fantastic job. I can't understand these negative reviews they are receiving. I've used them numerous times, and they are nothing but honest and straightforward with their work. They have looked at my fridge, stove and now washing machine. Every time they stop by, they are friendly and a pleasure to work with - prices are great too . I am a loyal customer and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

my refrigerator was not cooling in the main area, and technician arrived in the late afternoon within the time frame he gave to me. He was very polite and professional. As he set to work he explained what he found to be the issue and gave me the price of repair before he began the actual repairing. As he repaired the refrigerator, he willingly answered questions as to what he was doing. He showed me the part that was to be replaced so that I was able to see the difference between the old and new part. He also was a good source in finding out what brand of applicance one might consider buying in the future. This information was sought by me. I would recommend this company's work to any of my friends.

Called in the morning and they came out the same day. The tech went straight to work and gave me an complete price to solve the issue. Fixed it with in 20 minutes and we were back up and running. I called at 8:30, explained the problem with my washing machine and was put on the list as an "add on" for the day. I received a call at 1:20 that he was on his way to my house! In less than a 1/2 hour, he diagnosed and fixed my machine (I was lucky because he had the necessary part on the truck. Before he left, he showed me the broken part, thoroughly explained what the problem was and ran the machine to make sure the new part was working properly. The cost of the repair was reasonable, and the tech was pleasant and obviously very knowledgeable. If I have any problems with my major appliances in the future, I will definitely call appliances pro.

I had a problem with my refrigerator and they came out the same day and fixed it, All my groceries were saved and I have appliance repair for less to thank for that By far the best appliance repair company i have dealt with in the northern VA area.

their techician had 20+ years of fixing washers, and even suggested alternative ways to solve my problem that didn't include paying him to fix my washer! Now that is service! Because of that we asked him to replace the motor in our washer and are happy that we did.

My dryer was having an issue - I found this company online and called to set up an appointment. They scheduled same day . the tech was a bit late due to construction but called to make sure I knew he was going to be a couple of minutes late. He diagnosed the problem and had an estimate ready within minutes. After okaying the repair he completed the repairs within a couple of hours and the problem was fixed. I have no clue on what fair pricing for the job was -higher than I wanted of course - but it seemed within reason. Overall I would recommend.

Two of the burners on my Wolf stove just stopped working one day. My oven isn't too old, about 7 years so I didn't want to replace it. But, I had difficulty finding anyone to do the repair. Apparently, it's more high tech or less common then the usual stove. Finally, I called appliance pro inc who sent out one of their repairmen. Sam, the mechanic, was great. He was clearly familiar with the brand and diagnosed the issue with it quickly. He had parts in his truck. My stove works again and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their Wolf stove repaired.

I called on Monday morning asking for service Appliance pro inc asap because my A/C had broken down.The guy that answer that phone was great gave me a same day appointment which was awesome.I am happy and will always come back for any service for my appliances that I would need in the future.

was feeling desperate when i had water all over the kitchen floor, all food in the freezer was thawed and all my fridge did was click! I saw these reviews online and called Appliance pro inc. Sam was at my home within 2 hrs....1.5 hrs earlier than he said he could be there by, offered a quick solution and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Price okay, could've been worse, i guess. Would definitely recommend for his efficient, expert service.

My washer broke down and the owner/technician named Bin, was at my door within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the machine, showed me the problem and replaced the broken piece with a higher quality part within an hour. Nice, friendly, trustworthy man just doing what he likes to do. Don't call the chain stores for repair, this guy is way better. Thanks Bin!
