Jennifer responded to my 2am inquiry at 10:19 the next morning,answered all my questions,even reviewed my valuation report & my own research before taking the case,&very honestly shared that while I might net a little more than the initial offer,the difference in valuations was close enough that the settlement might not be worth it.I didn't much like my insurance's take it or leave it attitude after 25+ years of loyalty,&was battling them over another vehicle,so we moved forward. Once I supplied the necessary paperwork & paid the invoice (which took some doing because it went to spam first, but we worked together to find that),Travis hopped right on the job&had a detailed&thorough appraisal done in a few days.Jennifer made prompt contact with their original appraiser,who then dropped off the map. Nearly 50 emails&6 wks later, through a truly comedic process with my insurance (changed claims reps without notifying me,new claims rep called to find out where the car was-in their storage lot-their appraiser went AWOL-the claims rep has since asked me 2 more times if I have the car&where it is), AutoAppraise hooked up with the new appraiser, and the process went off without a hitch from there. I ended up with $2000 more than the offer & only $1000 less than the appraisal, so even with fees I was still ahead $1300, & I learned a lot about the process, which we used to net $5000 more on my other car (another comedy of errors). And to think I didn't even know about the appraisal clause before this... The professionalism displayed by Jennifer (staying on top of both cars through all the hiccups -assuring me they weren't normal- & 3 of my own family crises-including my own hospitalization), Angel (promptly sent me copies of my receipts when I couldn't find the third charge on my statement), &Travis (who provided TWO awesome appraisals) through this process has been outstanding & in stark contrast to that displayed by my insurance. Do it again with them? A resounding YES!

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for my auto appraisal. My 25 year old truck was involved in an accident, and my insurance company was trying to pay me half of what it was worth. I hired Auto Appraise as an independent appraiser and couldn’t be happier. Jennifer was incredibly professional, and was able to get back to me quickly with her appraisal. I truly hit the lottery when I found Auto Appraise Inc! I cannot boast enough for their incredible professionalism, ultimate expertise, excellent customer service and responsiveness to my particular circumstance! Auto Appraise Inc., was extremely key in helping me resolve successfully, a very critical and frustrating issue regarding the mistakenly under-valuation of my 1974 Ford Gran Torino "Starsky and Hutch" car by an insurance agent, which I had been dealing with for over a year! Another driver had struck my collectible vehicle and refused to satisfy the claim, which would have rendered my car as 'salvaged'!

I searched desperately to find an appropriate professional at a decent cost and running out time since I needed to Register my vehicle within the month but WITHOUT the devaluing 'salvage' status on the Title! After reading numerous 5-star reviews I decided to hire Auto Appraise to help me challenge my total loss claim. In the current truck market, I knew my truck was worth more than what was offered to me by my insurance company. Auto Appraise was able to get me $10K more than what Progressive originally assigned as the value of my truck! Jennifer was absolutely outstanding to work with. She provides fantastic customer service with fast response times. She thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions. An absolute joy to interact with!

I decided to contest the total loss amount State Farm provided. I am so happy and grateful I went with Auto Appraise. They were able to get me $3500 more than the original settlement State Farm wanted me to take.

They are also a pleasure to work with. Jennifer answered almost all of my calls immediately and the company was easy to reach during the day. The appraisal report provided about 6 similar cars in this area with prices well above their initial offer.

If you get a low-ball settlement offer, I would recommend their service. I have a few thousand more to work with on my next auto purchase.

I was looking to purchase a 1965 Mustang which was located out of state. After hearing good things about Auto Appraise, I engaged them to perform a pre-purchase inspection on the car. Jennifer, my Case Manager, who was very professional and informative, promptly sent their inspector to the site. Online the car looked very clean and checked all of the boxes for what I was looking for.

Within a few days I had about 200 pictures and a very detailed, but succinct, report which identified numerous issues with the vehicle that had not been disclosed, and could not be seen from the online listing. Many of the issues I would not have been able to identify if I had actually seen the car, as it required someone with more extensive auto experience. Sal, the inspector, was clearly very qualified to evaluate this car. As a result of the inspection, I did not move forward with the purchase.

Although disappointed with the outcome, I feel that Auto Appraise helped me dodge-a-bullet and know that the cost of the inspection was nominal versus what it saved me by not purchasing the vehicle. Jason, the Owner, spent as much time as I needed on the report, and shared valuable insights on Mustangs and classic cars in general. I will continue my search and engage Auto Appraise to evaluate future potential purchases.

Extremely professional and caring organization. We received MORE than we expected and should have gone to this company first. It would have saved us alot of headaches. Wonderful experience dealing with Jennifer in the office and Jason in the field. Jennifer was easy to communicate with, knew what questions to ask, and made this whole appraisal process painless and worry-free. Jason worked my request in same day (not always possible) and I received the appraisal the following day. This company is prompt. Professional. Jennifer was incredibly helpful to work with in setting up an appraisal of a classic car I was interested in buying: a 1968 Ford Mustang. She understood that I needed an appraisal quick, yet thorough in order to make my decision to purchase the vehicle + get financing from the bank. All while competing with other cash offers and what-not. So speed and accuracy was important.

Jennifer got Jason - the appraiser - out there within 24 hours. Jason did an elaborate, in-depth appraisal on the car. What he prepared was not only a written overview of all the pros and cons of the car. He also took north of 200+ photos of the vehicle inside & out. Everything ranging from outer body & paint chips, to wiring underneath the steering column and underneath the under sides of the vehicle. Jason was loved for his work so much that the seller even wants to use him for his own appraisals of classic cars moving forward.

It was a world-class operation from start to finish.

They were very helpful and did a lot more than just provide me with an appraisal. They have helped me with the letters for the insurance company and complaint with the department of insurance.
Jennifer was very helpful in explaining all the steps l had to take with the diminished value claim. She guided me through the whole process and was very patient with me :)
I had to take my case to the court and the judge was very impressed with Mr. Phillips’s appraisal as well as his experience and knowledge!

I had been in an accident in march of 2019. my insurance told me my 2009 chevy cobalt ss was totaled and that it
valued at $4100. they wrote up two different reports of similar cobalts for sale but upon my reviewing these reports those cobalts didnt exist they just took a bunch of cobalt ss vin numbers to make a bogus reports so they could low ball my cars value. so i found auto appraise online. The reviews i read sounded exactly like what i was going through. so after contacting auto appraise and their team fighting for me i ended up with a value of $7,250 wich is spot on for current supersport cobalt sale prices if i hadnt called and just gave in to my insurance company i would still have a wrecked car and be out $3,000 plus. Thank you auto appraise team you guys are life savers!!!

I asked for a complete appraisal to numbers match and date code a 1968 Shelby GT 500. Jason was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. From the time I contacted him to a final summary and documentation was less than 28 hours. Thank you. I will be calling again to use Jason on more classic cars. His photos and video documentation is exhaustive and meticulous.

Before auto appraise I didn't think anyone would understand me after a total loss. My vehicle was actually worth double then blue book in my area regardless of bb value. Hell even my friends and family thought that insurance companies couldn't be negotiated with and what you get is what you get, but I wasn't gonna take it. After deciding my vehicle was not valued what the insurance companies said it was(8,500), is when I found auto appraise. Don't ever give up if you believe you might be getting screwed from your insurance company, they are not on your side unless it's there to take your money. Now having said that I believe with my gut this company is the opposite and care about their customers satisfaction because they will get my future business. Having stood up for what I believe in got me an extra 5,000 dollars because auto appraise got me the FULL value of my vehicle that I almost got screwed out of!

This was my first but not last time to use Auto Appraise! Jason did an inspection on a 1948 L Type Allard. Not a vehicle you see every day! The photos he took were spot-on and the video, OH THE VIDEO! It captured exactly what I wanted and more. The road test was done on a cold rainy Grand Rapids afternoon. Truly, above & beyond expectations! This was the second time I had this same vehicle inspected within three days because I was concerned the first inspection Co. was not thorough or as knowledgable as I had hoped for. I was right based on the Auto Appraise inspection!
So, it was easy to compare one inspection against another. Hands down, Auto Appraise and specifically Jason exceeded all expectations and did a far better job than the other inspection company. My initial contact was Jennifer and she also did a great job in setting-up this inspection and seeing it through to the end.

I called Auto Appraise on a whim following a recent car accident and was very impressed with their competent and supportive guidance.
