This company most definitely gets a glowing recommendation from me. I found them on Craig's List, and admittedly, I was a bit anxious after having had a couple of not-so-pleasant experiences. However, Jay, the owner of Better than the Rest, assured me that the service would be unparalleled, and he did not disappoint. The crew, along with the owner, showed up for the 7 a.m. appointment and 6:45 a.m. Although, Jay was not working, he showed up as an addition to the four-man crew to ensure my comfort. Although, he didn't stay for the job, he did call periodically to make sure that everything was going well.



I hired Better than the Rest to pack AND move my things. I have had many "corporate" movers over the years, and I must say, that this particular moving company exceeded my expectations by providing customer service that I hadn't received from the bigger companies. They were quick, efficient, and professional, and I will definitely be using them again.

Better than the rest movers are INCREDIBLE!! We had them move us from our two bedroom apartment to our first house. The closing was a nightmare, and we had to change our moving time several times. The company was always very flexible, and never charged us a fee for the inconvenience. When we finally got the green light to move, they were on time, quick, and very careful with our things. We just used them again to move a playground set. They brought extra men at no additional charge, and disassembled, moved and reassembled the set in record time. I was worried they would not have the right tools for the job, but they had everything! I could not be happier with them. I would never use anyone else.

I cannot be happier with Better Than the Rest Movers! Jay was the one who booked my appointment and was very professional. Jay and his team were punctual on moving day, and they all worked with a sense of urgency which was much appreciated. Our move from Johns Creek to Acworth took a little under 3 hours with 4 guys. They took special care to wrap all my furniture at no extra cost; it was a flat hourly rate with a $20 dollar service charge and no other hidden fees. Overall I am extremely pleased with their services and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. You cannot beat the great value, honesty and service that these guys have to offer!

Jay and Richard were exactly at 8 AM as agreed, very good manners. They helped me to load a SAM portable container for my interstate move and they did it in 3 hours sharp! they do their job very well; I will recommend them anytime for any type of moving labor...Just wish I knew them before, I would have hired their services on a heart beat on my previous move which was a painful one.

These are 2 great guys. They called while on their way and arrived on time. I needed some heavy furniture rearranged in my home so upon their arrival they had me show them each piece and where it went. Then they were off and running. I did my little thing in the background and they moved everything. They were careful about the furniture they were moving and the walls and door jams. After moving I had them center things a little better. These guys kept asking, "anything else", "do you need more help", "is this ok?"



They have a 2 hour minimum which I did not use, but they were worth every penny. These guys are professional, respectful, friendly, efficient, strong. You can be sure they can get a lot done in 2 hours!!!



I've got their business card and will definitely hire them again if I need this type of service.

Amazing customer service. Timely, professional, licensed and insured. I hired 3 guys and got a great deal. They moved my 3 bdr apt to a storage unit 15 mins away in just over 2 hrs.



I only regret not letting them pack me up. I think the extra 1/2 hr it would have taken them due to their quick speed would have been well worth it. I also regret that I didn't have more $ in my budget to tip them more!

Better Than The Rest really is better. They wrapped everything, took down my bed. No item made them groan. They did it with a smile, with purpose and with kindness. They made this so EASY. They were SO flexible too. They do Local, LD and Int'l apparently. I WILL ONLY USE BETTER THAN THE REST from this point forward.



You will not be disappointed. I will write this review where ever I can.

Forgot to add that the one mover I call "Logistix" lol was able to pack my 3 bdr in a 15xx20 storage unit. I was afraid it wouldn't be big enough. They STILL left me five feet of space. CRAZY!

We used Better than the rest movers for our move from Smyrna to Buford. The movers were very friendly, proffessional and hard working. They went above and beyond the call of duty and made this move easy. I would recomend this company to anyone who is looking for good movers at a reasonable price.

Better than the rest movers are very professional. They showed exactly on time and were ready to get started. They had all the materials and showed a great amount of respect towards my furniture. They were punctual, professional, postive, patient, and personable. They paid special attention to my items and even wrapped my valuables in padding without me even having to ask. They came ready and willing to work and didn't stop until the job was done. To top it all off they were the most affordable compared to all the other Moves I saw online!



I had a great experience with this company and would definitely use them again!!
