Provided by YP.comThe story is almost too crazy to believe. I ordered flowers days in advance to be delivered to my wife for her birthday. By the end of the day they had not yet arrived. I called customer service and they assured me they were en route. They still never arrived; I called customer service again but they were closed. The next day I called again and complained that the flowers never arrived. They refused to do anything more than deliver the flowers a day late AND they added a same day delivery fee to do this. RIDICULOUS!!!

Provided by YP.comBlooms today took my order and my money promising to deliver flowers, Flowers that I ordered in advance of the delivery date. On the day that they were to be delivered I recieved a call from a second party flower line saying that my flowers would not be delivered because yet another 3rd , 4th or 5th Party florist were not available to deliver them.They took the order without having a florist in the area my flowers were to be delivered to!!!!

Provided by YP.comWhat a joke. The only way you actually get a 50% savings is if you sign up for some garbage service that costs $10 per MONTH?!?!?!?! Are you kidding? And you do not find that out until you are halfway through your order. Then I see all these awful reviews. I am glad I took my business elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comI called myself beating the Valentines Day rush and placed my order for a beautiful bouquet of roses for my fiance, who is away at school, on Feb 7. This was my first time ever using this service and I will never ever use it again. The flowers never arrived and on top of that, there wasn't any customer service available on Valentines Day just a recording saying "If you've already placed an order, your order is being delivered." What kind of business is this!! I have never experienced such HORRIBLE SERVICE in my life!!! This Blooms Today officially ruined my Valentines Day and this is the first year my fiance didn't receive flowers for Valentines Day. This goes to show that you get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always better!!! I hope these people close down for good!!!! Buyer beware they take your money but do not deliver!!!

Provided by YP.comI will be using a local florist from now on! I placed an order on 2/11 for a Valentine's Delivery, it is 7 Valentines NIGHT and it has not been delivered. I try to call Blooms today, and get an automated message on every phone number they have! The Customer Service is no good!!!!! If the order hasn't been delivered I want to find someone to tell me why!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comYesterday I ordered a floral bouquet at, supposedly 50% off. The flowers should have cost 39.95. When the order was finished, the cost was over $100.00, with no discount at all. I checked back to see if I had missed something and could find nothing except a notice that discounts would be given at time of order completion.
Nothing happened! That is false advertizing & when I tried calling, all I got was a recording saying that no more orders for Valentines Day could be made. No real person answered any number I called. What kind of business do you run?

Provided by YP.comIt was very hard to place my order! i felt like all i was being sold was a membership for 9 dollars every month. i dont care about a membership.. all i wanted to do is to be heard and get my order taken care of. saving 50% when you order is miss leading!

Provided by YP.comwhen you order from any of these 800 numbers instead of your local florists, you pay more and the order is forwarded to a local florist anyway. take the time to call on your own and you will get more.

I had to call and try to find out if they had been delivered from the local flower
shop that Blooms Today gave the order to be filled. I have no idea what the
flowers looked like. They told me that they had been delivered and thats all
they told me. Could not tell me any thing else. Now I will have to call someone
I know that will go to the funeral home and let me know what they looked like.
I am not happy with this kind of service..... I should have at least got an email or
something. I will never use this kind of service again.......

Provided by YP.comI typically use 1-800Flowers or ProFlowers, but decided to try Blooms Today and will definitely use you again. The website was straight forward, the flowers were delivered the same day, and I had a great experience.

Provided by YP.comI wanted to surprise my friend with flowers and found what I thought to be a great site with beautiful floral arrangements. I selected the Pleasantly Pink (Premium version) bouquet and purchased them. I thought I received a good deal, but when my friend received them they weren't the same flowers that I had purchased...they looked like cheap and nothing like what Blooms Today displayed on their site. I contacted them via email and sent pictures, but no one ever responded. Also be advised that no confirmation email of delivery is ever sent to you...you need to contact the local florist that they use (which for me was a long distance phone call) to find out any information. What a hassle! I called to cancel the membership and I guess that business must be good because the representative on the other end didn't even ask as to why I wanted to cancel...Customer Service is obviously something they do not care to do. I won't ever use their service again!

I Had To Call And Find Out For Myself That They Didn't Ship The Flowers! . . . . . . And When I Tried To Re-send Them They Said It Was Too Late! . . . . . . . Horrible People To Work With! . . . . . . .
You Get What You Pay For! And To Top It Off All Customer Service Said Was "Oh They Didn't Call You?"
