Blooms today is the best olace in town to get flowers!! They always have what im looking for, i would reccomend this place to anyone!! :]

This company lists itself as a local flower shop in Bay City , Michigan, but it is not. If you call them, your order will be going through a middleman, and not directly to a real flower shop. I am surprised Yellow Pages would allow such deception to be listed on their site.

I too was fooled into the monthly $9.95/month club. I immediately cancelled my account (after waiting the 14 day required period or whatever it was). Then about a month later I received a check in the mail from blooms today for $6.25. At first I thought it was a partial refund of the $9.95. However, already being ripped off once, I read the fine print. "By cashing this check, you agree to enroll in some bullcrap flower club, and authorize us to charge your card on file $14.99/month"



Also, as a precaution, I cancelled the card they have on file and replaced it with a new one as I've read several reviews of people who cancelled their membership and continued to be charged afterwards.



All I wanted to do was to send flowers to a funeral I could not attend. Just because the fine print is there, doesn't make it right. This company runs a scam, and needs to be shut down.

These people are order collectors. They are not a florist located in Hot Springs or even in Arkansas. They collect your orders, charge you extra fees and then call it to a local florist. They will not be delivering your flowers and many shops have stopped accepting orders from this company. Just call a local florist. Look for addresses on the florist. Call them directly. Ask them if they are located in the city you are calling. If they don't list an address don't use them. Ask them what their local phone number is with area code. If it doesn't match call somewhere else. You will save yourself money and hassle.

Without my knowledge or authorization, (like the previous reviewer) Blooms Today gave my credit card information to a scam organization that attempted to enroll me in one of their many schemes to charge me an automatic annual fee of $149 for "discount coupons." I researched the affiliate company, CompleteHome, and found that they are just one of several scam companies operated by Trilegiant Corporation in Norwalk, CT. They have been sued for credit card fraud in almost every state in the U.S.! I have filed complaints withe the Federal Trade Commission and the attorneys general in the states of VA (where Blooms Today is located), CT (where Trilegiant is located), TN (where CompleteHome has a post office box) and the state in which I live. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Blooms Today or you will risk credit card fraud and/or identity theft!‎

This company is not located in Ann Arbor and takes your order and charges you a fee for just taking the order. They then wire it to a local florist who then has to deliver the product specified with only 73% of the money you paid for the product. If you paid $50 for flowers, plus tax and a service fee of $9-$14 dollars, you would end up paying $62-$67 for your order. The florist actually receives $36.50 to do the arrangement including the delivery fee. This company pockets all of the extra proceeds and the service fee. Why would you not call a local florist and just pay the $36.50 directly to them and save some money, or spend the $50 and add tax and delivery and you would receive a much larger arrangement as well as still saving money. If companies like this are allowed to operate much longer, they will put the actual florists out of business and then there would be no one left to deliver any flowers. You wouldn't pay Amazon or any other internet company $10-$15 just for taking your order, so why allow this practice when ordering flowers?

THIS IS THE WORST SITE TO ORDER FROM! We have a cancer support group we started with thirteen and now we are seven. On January 24th we lost one of our survivors and we celebrated her life on Friday Jan 29th 2010. Her wish for us was to send seven PINK roses to seven women who were by your side through your fight they had to be delivered on Friday- she was so clear no red flowers they represent something between her and her husband and we represent the power of pink. They sent six ugly floppy roses with one pink rose shoved in the middle with a big red bow!!!!! Fire Side florist wouldn't come and pick them up or exchange them.

Then we were each to send thirteen pink roses to one of us survivors - my susrvivor didn't even get the flowers at all so she went through the day getting texts and emails and calls from all of us telling about our poems and our flowers when she didn't have any. She went home and felt like she didn't matter enough to be included in the celebration.

Blooms today said they will refund my money so I went myself to a local florist to buy the thirteen roses and deliver them myself but Blooms Today had not only not refunded the money but they charged me a third charge for flowers I didn't even order I only placed two orders -one I never got the other was totally wrong and one wasn't even mine.

So my card was denined and I had no way to pay for the flowers and they were closing so I couldn't even get to money from anywhere quick enough to buy them.

Please don't use them please go to your local florist.

This company provides horrible service. Did not deliver the flowers on the day they were guaranteed to be delivered. Did not communicate that fact, did not take responsability and refused to honor their satisfaction guarantee. Do not use this company. They are terrible and don't provide any customer service.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY! THEY COME ACROSS AS BEING AFFORDABLE BUT THE YOU PAY ALL KINDS OF FEES. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND THE FLOWERS WERE SMALL COMPARED TO WHAT THEY SAY! ******* DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ****** THEY DO NOT EVEN APPEAR TO HAVE A SHOP! FAKERS!

It was such a bad experience ordering through Blooms Today. They don't respect the Promise time and they lie about it. They also don't respect their "100% money back guarantee" according to the supervisor "it only applies to the flowers and not the service quality of the order". Its a ridiculous place to order flowers.....Don't order from here.

Don't be miss led. This is not a local florist. They are in a call center in another state. If you want to support a local shop. Grohe Florist and Atrellis Flowers and Gifts are the only local shops in Windsor.
