I met Lance for a house I'm in the process of buying. Lance was very thorough with his inspection which is very helpful to me for what I need for the home. He answered all my questions, was courteous and priced well into my budget.

I met Lance with Budget Home Inspection when a client/friend of mine used him for her home inspection. The report was thorough and professional. I was in the process of buying a house and at the same time getting ready for my military deployment. I contacted Budget Home Inspections (BHI) and was able to book an appointment as soon as possible. BHI staff were very courteous and convenient given my busy schedule especially with my military deployment coming soon. BHI staff arrived early, conducted a thorough inspection as well as gave me some helpful suggestions regarding maintaining and upkeeping my house. Most of all, there fees were very reasonable in comparison to other home inspectors. I am glad that I contacted BHI for my home inspection needs and I will not hesitate to refer them to my family and friends as well as use them again in my next home purchase. All in all, the inspection was done, house closed and I was able to make my military deployment. Thank you, BHI.

I was very impressed with the professional service and the overall inspection process. Being a new home buyer can be a bit overwhelming but the home inspection was pleasant and informative. Lance was very clear with the builder and myself of the items he found. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Lance wowed both my realtor and I! This very knowledgeable, professional individual, did not leave any stone unturned... Lance went everywhere... from the roof top, to the attic and even inside socket breakers meticulously detailing his findings! My realtor admitted that she had never seen such a thorough inspection before... and it gets better when you land your hands onto the report... Lance's detailed report worth every penny!

I have used BHI on two different occasions over the last five years, these guys know exactly what they are doing. Thorough doesn't even come close, they find issues most inspectors would miss or gloss over. Very friendly and trustworthy. BHI, was absolutely thorough. As a first time homeowner, divorced female, he took care in showing me simple things that I can do on my own such as changing filters etc. The personal touch of providing chairs and bottled water was very thoughtful. I just recently had a potential home inspected by Lance and I have to say I was extremely pleased with his service. Lance was very professional and made sure to look at any and everything which I was very impressed with. I read a previous review which stated "some might think he's too meticulous" but for such a purchase, you would have to be crazy not to have such an inspection. I would fly him to Hawaii if I were buying a home there to have him inspect it I was soooooo impressed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!
