Shelly Miller and her company The closet factory were the best!! They redid all our closets and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Our Designer Shellie Miller went above and beyond the call of duty. All of her ideas were first class and professional. The Closet Factory installation team was on time, quick and left our home cleaner the when they began! We absolutely will use this service again. Kudos for having an awesome employee like Shellie. Senior Designer Shellie Miller was very kind, profession, prompt, and knowledgable of the work involved in our latest trio of home projects. After going over our desires with great care, she was eager to start designing and met with me the next afternoon to share her ideas. In addition, The Closet Factory team was patient while working with my HOA's meticulous approval process. They were very thorough every step while Shellie kept me informed. The final results of our new closets, laundry room and bathroom vanity are excellent! Finally, our home was kept very neat and clean both during and after completion.

What a job Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory did in customizing our garage conversion and closets. We were so excited when she presented the plans but to see it all come together was simply amazing. She was such a joy to work with and has to be one of the most talented and professional designers in her field.

As we were building our dream home, we were blessed to have met with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory who came in and put the finishing touches on our closets, home office and garage. The work done by The closet factory and their team came out better than my wife and I expected. After being let down by so many Florida contractors, it's nice to know that some companies still do things the right way! Our closets and laundry room cabinets are perfect. The Closet Factory sent Designer Shellie Miller to my home to assess what I needed. She was on time and gave me an on site estimate. The estimate was reasonable compared to another company that I knew was trying to "sell" me beyond my budget. Since one was a guest closet that won't be used often, Shellie helped me select something simple compared to the more upgraded finishes and treatments in my Master closet. She completed the layout here in my home, gave me a date for completion and was professional and courteous throughout the process. I am very glad I chose The Closet Factory for this job. Shellie made the choice easy! Both closets came out perfect and I will definitely use them for my garage renovation and other areas in my home.

It's amazing to me that I found the best designer to convert my garage into an amazing Man-Cave at a place called the "Closet Factory". But that is exactly what I did, and I don't care where Jeanne Hessen works, I would refer her to anybody looking to upgrade any room in the house. After months of searching for the right company and designer to come in and customize our closets and home office, we had a neighbor suggest we give Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory a call. Oh Lord are we for ever grateful for our neighbor pointing us in the right direction. When we first met with Jeanne, she came to our home and we knew almost instantly that she was the right person for us. She just looks and acts like she is one of the best in her field, not in a cocky way but in the most professional way one can be. She was very patient with us but seemed to always be in control, and she seemed to know exactly how to lead us in making the right decisions. After custom designing our closets and home office, the installers came out and installed everything in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves and we were very pleased with the whole job. Shellie Miller was professional, on time and an accomplished Designer. She handled all my projects as though they were her own. She disclosed every cost, every option and kept the entire deal in line and on time. The Closet Factory has a good reputation because of employees like Shellie.

I called Shelley Miller because I'd met her at a networking event. She came to my home and assessed the situation with my closets. I really wanted to revamp them to look more beautiful and in accord with the many upgrades I have throughout my home. The Closet Factory team for delivery/installation were booked several weeks out, and now I understand why. They provided excellent service at a price that Shelley helped to remain reasonable while delivering an outstanding product . They were here when they said they'd be and did nice work. Very good experience and I will use them again.
