Truly terrible service! The driver we have had for the past couple of years is abhorrent. He is rude and sometimes skips our delivery. He won't pick up all of our empty bottles and lets them pile up. We have a half a dozen piled in our hallway right now. When I have asked him to leave a certain number of bottles and he leaves a different number, he will argue and become defensive. We need to find a different company. I would rather haul water to the office from the grocery myself than deal with this company and their driver any longer.

Please do yourself a favor and do not use the company. Would rate a zero if possible. it is truely amazing in this day and age a company with such poor customer service and utter unreliability can remain in business. Over the course of a years time less 6 months of water was delivered on time. The other 6 times we sat with empty containers outside waiting for the driver to come at undetermineable time by customer service or anyone else at the company. So if you like empty 5 gallon containers sitting on your front porch as yard decorations, waiting 40 minutes for customer service to answer your call with you being hung up on half the time, and deliveries that no can tell when they are coming to your residence this is the company for you. otherwise, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

STAY AWAY...This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. In the last 3 days I have been on hold no less than 9 hours. The ONLY way to get someone to answer is to call from a phone not connected to your account and push the prompts saying you are new and want new service. A sales person immediately answers, is completely unprofessional, offers ZERO help, then puts you on hold again. 1 star is NOT low enough! They are unreliable beyond belief. They never show up for scheduled service issues, delivery, etc. They'll tell you they are coming, but don't. They were great for years, but now they are horrible! 1 excuse after another without even a shred of an offer to solve anything. Initially, all we wanted was a service call. Now we are CANCELLING our whole account and we are a big company with several water machines and we use their coffee service; which, honestly, is garbage coffee. Before I wrote this I Googled reviews on them to see if maybe I was just having bad luck. Oh, no....There are 1000's of similar complaints from many cities in many states. Save yourself and/ or your company the headaches and go with someone else!

The worse customer service I've ever experienced. They would miss my deliveries, I could never get through on the 800 customer service line. They changed my delivery schedule without telling me. Finally I just stopped paying, now I'm stuck trying to return their ridiculous cooler that I refuse to pay for. I don't think I've ever had service so poor anywhere.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Needs to be minus a star!!! All these bad reviews are NOT a joke. My delivery guy never shows up. You can never get in touch with anyone. I change my date on the website and my water still isn't here. But they take my money every month. I'd rather pay more for better service. I am looking for another water delivery in my area...DO NOT USE CRYSTAL SPRINGS...Not worth the time and frustration. If I could figure out how to give them less than a star, I would.

I've been searching for a reasonably priced home delivery service and came very close to submitting my order set up, when something told me to read the reviews. I'm so glad I did! To see numerous complaints regarding customer service & delivery for this company was absolutely disheartening because they have great prices from all the others I've compared them to.

As one person stated, "You get what you paid for", well thank goodness "Not this time"......

If u call and make a complaint u can't get nothing done. One of their drivers delivered water to my neighbors house across the street. They used my driveway to back up in when they were leaving and ended knocking over my trash cans and didnt even get out to fix the mess. I called company and they say they don't know who the driver was.

Terrible customer service! I called this company October 2014 to get information on water filter service and after holding a while with nobody picking up to help me I hung up. I called again today to inquire about starting service and again, I held for over 5 minutes without ever talking to a human being and hung up. That is all I need to know to know that I do not want to do business with these people!! I would give a Zero if possible.

Horrible company, if you need water for your home forget this company. If you are not a business they will not treat you like a customer should be treated. Very poor customer service and route manager for resident. The wait for customer service on the phone is at least 35min, it does not matter what time it is 8 am or 4 pm same wait time.

Love the product (water) at first everything was good a year or so, then it went from delivery every two weeks to once a month to not at all. If you have read the other reviews I have the same complaints horrible customer service broken promises for delivery and no real solutions or answers to the customer. Thought the cost was very reasonable now the old saying comes into play, you get what you pay for.

Terrible company! Customer service is awful, grumpy delivery person, when you call you are on hold for 15 min at a time, 2 months now, no water. Skipped a delivery because it was Christmas Eve. I really could go on and on. Do not use this company! Btw, I was a customer for 10 years, there was no attempt to make it right.

Worst Company Imaginable

Do not waste your time with this company. I have had failed delivery upon failed delivery with no notice or explanation. I've been promised delivery only to be disappointed and told delivery was rescheduled AFTER I called to inquire about it. I've been waiting since LAST WEEK for water to be delivered. I was PROMISED that today they were working late to accommodate my request. At 7 pm I called and was told it had been rescheduled for Dec 1st, next Monday. Unacceptable.

This Company is horrible. I had cancelled my other coffee company because they actually got caught sneeking drugs into the United Stated along with there coffee but after I was done with Crystal Springs I would rather have had them. To start the sales reps are only there to make a sale and then you will never be able to reach them again. The coffee machines took a month to get and broke down a week after having them. We recieve the wrong coffee at least three times. We were billed incorrectly every single time. There is an energy fee they dont tell you about in the begining. I tried to switch machines to save our relationship with them and they told me it would take at least two month because they were completely out. When we cancelled and they came to pick up there machines they didnt even know we had 5 different ones, which means they dont track there machines. Lastley we recieved 12 boxes of hot chocolate that were expired and 4 boxes of coffee that were expired. This company is not worth your time, overall I would rate them D-, it would be an F but they have good prices... when billed correctly. I DO NOT Recommend.

I would never recommend this service. They came door to door in our neighborhood (probably because they can't ppl to continue service through them.) So we got a free month and some jugs of water then we got the 1st bill and realized it was not an additional cost we wanted. They never followed any of my notes (the ones they provide for me) So I called to cancel my service they said ok we will pick it up Tuesday well they came but left me 2 bottles of water instead. I called again they said ok they will pick up on Friday. I asked for them to call and give me a time they would be here, no call so I called now they say sorry can't be there until Tuesday again. Horrible customer service in Moses Lake, WA. Never again
