Jason came to our home and fixed our broken spring on our garage door! I called on a Thursday and he was here the following day! He was so upfront with costs and what he needed to repair, he even kept with his quote even thought my garage door didn't take the parts he quoted me! It's hard to find honest and true businesses and this one for sure is!!! Highly recommend this business!!!

Great service. This is the second time Jason has come out to help with my garage door issues. The first was to replace a broken spring. At that time he noticed that the gear was going out, but did not push to replace it. The second time was several months later when the gear went out. Both times I called he came at my earliest convenience and didn't overcharge. I did compare his price to the original installer and was pleased with the difference. Jason is straight forward and honest. I will definately be calling him for future help.

My garage door broke last week (needing a new spring) and a neighbor referred Door Jam. Called up Jason and worked out he could do it that day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had best price!

This business is amazing! We had worked with them a few years ago and found them to be trusting and very professional. So when our garage door broke on Tuesday morning we called Door Jam once again and Jason was out to look at it by that afternoon. He told us all of our options and gave us the best prices he could, which turned out to be the lowest prices you can find. He was then back out the very next day installing a fantastic new garage door. Jason does everything himself and when he does need help, he relies on trusted business partners that he has worked with for years. The man that Jason had come take our old door out was very friendly and professional as well. Needless to say the quick action, turnaround and installation pleasantly surprised us because most businesses do not work so swiftly and efficiently.



On a side note, when Jason came the first time I was home alone and dealt with him personally. As a woman, I have been treated unfairly, given extremely high prices and talked down to by men in certain professions. Jason and his coworkers were polite, kind and treated me with respect and fairness regardless of my gender. I also felt very safe with them as well. Jason is very personable and trustworthy.

On Monday morning, our door opener just died. It wasn't the power as the outlet still worked fine. But it was just dead. I figured I needed a new one and got myself mentally prepared to fork out the $$$ for a new unit.



I texted a trusted neighbor as I like personal recommendations over trying to make sense out of internet review (ironic, as I'm writing this). He called me back enthusiastically that he "had a guy." He told me the anecdote that Jason (Door Jam) came over and fixed a unit that my neighbor was sure was dead. Jason had it fixed in a few minutes and told my neighbor, "if I charge you more than $20 for this, it'd be criminal." That's someone I want to work on my place!



So Jason comes out and opens up MY opener motor unit, and low and behold, a wire had simply come loose! He had it back up and running in 5 min. I'm glad I had some other things for him to do, or I'd have felt really guilty about having him out for a simple 5 min fix. I had him put on new nylon rollers, and replace the weather strip on the bottom of the door that was torn. He then lubed up all the rollers, hinges, and track, as well as the cable pulleys. So it needed some TLC anyway.



Door works again, but now it's almost silent and much smoother than before. The whole time Jason was incredibly friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to have working at my home. Friendly, honest, and good at what he does.

During the coldest weather in 20 years, my garage door stopped opening all the way on a couple days. Yesterday it only opened halfway. I spoke with Jason and he helped me right away. Three years ago I called Door Jam because the spring on my garage door broke. Jason did a great job then and he still provides great service today. I called Jason at Door Jam on Thurs @ 4pm. He was out to fix my door by 4:30 the same day. He did a great job and he was very nice. He also told me some general maintance that needs to be done on the door quarterly. I definitely would recommend him and would use him again.
