My garage door would not open and i was late for work,i looked up garage door companies and found Door Jam. After talking with Jason about price he promptly came out and fixed the problem.Great service and price,i recomend Door Jam.

Spring broke on our garage door so we needed same day service. We called he was out with in a hour price was as estimated. Great communication and price was reasonable. He did a great job even cleaned and checked other parts went out of his way to do an excellent job. Any one that needs garage door repair this is the company to call.

On Friday 1/18/2010 we had one of our garage door springs break. It was already late in the evening and we did not know of anyone local who could come out and repair our door for us. So we looked online and reviewed a few of the business listings and happened to come across the site for Door Jam Garage Doors. Again, not having really had much expereiences with any of the business listed we decided to contact Jason at Door Jam. I called the number listed on the sight and explained our situation to Jason and requested an estimate for the repair. Jason gave us an estimate which sounded reasonable for the work and he advised that he could be out first thing the next day which was a Saturday. We were pleased to hear that we could get the situation remedied so quickly and agreed to have him make the repair. First thing Saturday morning Jason rolled up as promised and wasted no time going straight to the garage to assess the problem. After his inspection he advised us of our options for making the repairs and even offered us the option of upgrading the door springs. He was not pushy with his offer for which we were very appreciative. He went right to work once we made our decision and he even gave us pointers for maintaining the door.



Being as how this was a new experience for my wife and I, we were pleased that Jason was a down to earth person who was easy to talk to. We will definitely be calling on him for any future garage door services and would HIGHLY recommend Door Jam to anyone who may be looking for friendly, courteous and professional services.

Tension Spring broke for my garage door. I was refered to Door Jam from my neighbors, who had same repairs and found that Door Jam provided the lowest price. I called after hours and was able to set up appointment for the next morning. Great costumer service. Repair was completed quickly and professionally.

Jason is prompt, courteous, reasonable, and stands behind his work. He gives excellent service and takes pride in the quality of his work. He will definitely be the one we call for anything garage door-related!!!
