I would highly recommend HS for your TV service needs. Herbert was prompt, polite, helpful, and fixed our TV for a good price.

When I told them what was wrong with my HDTV, they already knew how to fix it. They came out quickly in the ice and snow that same day, fixed my TV, and even educated me on the issue and how to prevent it in the future. The gentleman that assisted me was very experienced and helpful. I was very satisfied with them. I highly recommend HS. Great, professional service.

I was very pleased with the professional responses I received with my initial call. An appointment was set for a service call and he showed up exactly when he said that he would. I will definitely call HS Electronics with any future television woes.

There was a very prompt response to my big screen TV issue. Arrival was at the projected time given. Service was very good and the problem was diagnosed accurately. TV is working fine now. Cost was reasonable. A great aspect of the service was that I was given a 90 day warranty, which tells me this provider is confident of the work he does.

When I started to get my Samsung LCD television repaired I was unsure who to call, I had asked a friend from college who he used and he gave me Herbert's number at HS Electronics. I couldn't have asked for a more knowlegeable repair man, and with him doing work like this since 1982, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else. After meeting with to Herbert, he identified my problem was at the power supply and had me fixed up in less than an hour. Friendly guy, great work and prompt service.

I can't believe I just flipped open my yellow pages and picked a winner first try. I'm so glad the HS Electronics add grabbed my attention before I called anyone else. Herb knew exactly what was wrong with my Samsung as soon as I called and described the problem. He came right out the next day at the time promised , fixed the problem for the exact amount he quoted and even taught me a few things about my T.V. I did not know. The guys got a great personality, super polite and really knows his stuff. I HIGHLY recommend him.

We had our seven year old projection tv fixed by HS Electronics. We called and received service the same day. He even had the parts we needed with him. We have already recommended him to people we know. VERY SATISIFIED!

If you are looking for an upstanding professional to do in home service on your television. We HIGHLY recommend HS Electronics. With busy holiday seasons approaching HS made an out of the normal trip to our home in Mt. Juliet to repair our rear projection television. He stayed late inthe evening (11pm) and even went the extra mile to clean all components of the television, making sure that we were happy. The service provided was above and beyond what we expected. Happy to pay for the service call, no matter the price. Worth every penny! Our television is more clear than the day we received it. Thank you HS Electronics. Herbert, the owner, came out to fix my TV. He was super. Very professional, and extremely good natured. He showed up exactly when he said he would, which is not always the case in anything related to television installation or repair. He knew his craft very well, and was more than willing to walk me through the issues relating to the problems.
