This company was great! We had a small flood in our basement and called them for service. They were at my home within 3 hourd and got right to work. The price quoted was the price I paid. Thank you for a job well done!!!

I was looking for a carpet cleaning company to clean my living room and 2 bedrooms, I called a few companies listed on yp.com and received a couple of quotes over the phone I went with the lowest price which was about 20.00 under everyone. I booked my appointment for 2 days later and was expecting to pay a total price of about 135.00, when this guy arrived he said I needed to pay 100.00 more because I had a few stains, if I didn't hasve stain why would I need my carpets cleaned. I thought a carpet cleaner was coming to clean my carpets I never expected a sales person trying to rip me off. I kick him out and called metserv I spoke to a guy over the phone and he quoted my 149.00 I booked my appointment a day later. When the guys arrived I showed them what needed to get done and there was no extra charge for stains. This job took almost 1 hour and they did a GREAT job. My final bill was $149.00. I thank you for doing a Great job at a very fair price.

These guys were great. I was able to get my carpets cleaned within 2 days of calling them. They even showed up after work, they waited for me I was 10 minutes late. My carpet looked great and they even gave me deodorizer included in the price. They did not sell me anything like Sears when they did my carpets a year ago. I will call them in a month to clean my furniture next. Thank you!!!!!

We call Metserv to clean our office they gave us an estimate over the phone and within 3 days the service was performed. They gave us a price over the phone and the price remained the same when they finished.Weget alot of traffic into our office and they cleaned our carpet much better than what we expected. I will defenitly use them again and have recommened them to another associate. Thank you for a job well done.

MetServ arrived on time - didn't wait long for an appt. Personnel was very professional and friendly. Did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with them and will definitely use them again. They are very reasonable with their prices and do excellent work.
