Totally satisfied , ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday, ordering over the phone was so easy , and took just a few minutes . as soon as order was placed i received a confirmation of the order , and an email delivery confirmation once delivered. Mom loved the flowers . I'm totally pleased , it was so nice talking to someone local that can help with ordering and knows about flowers , because i sure don't !

Hi my name is Elena , last week my aunt died , I had never ordered funeral flowers, Carlos was able to helped me , asked me if there were any flowers my aunt liked , I told him that as a little girl I would help her with her calla lily garden, as they need lots of water. He told me that after mothers day flowers are scarce but that he would try his best. we agreed on a price .
When I walked into the church , my mouth dropped , when I saw a large beautiful vase with loads of huge calla lilies , I got so many complements .
I am so thankful for carlos helping me , and for my local flower shop coming thru for me

Just got back from vacation . Mom told me the flowers I had delivered for her on mothers day , were awesome she sent me a picture , and they look nicer and bigger than I ever expected, lasted over a week .
my local flowers shop made it so easy to order , no website , just a friendly fellow at the shop that helped me place my order over the phone in less than 5 minutes.

Ordered birthday flowers for my Aunt who turned 89 on Saturday. She was thrilled at the beautiful arrangement. She said the delivery man also called back a few minutes after the delivery to be sure she had found the flowers since she had trouble with her walker and took s little time getting to the door! Thanks to both Carlos and the kind delivery man!!!

Completely disappointed. I called to order flowers yesterday for my MIL's birthday and spoke to Christina. My first question was are you local to Williams, Az and she said she has 3 locations and yes she is. I asked if she could do same day delivery, she said yes she can. Proceeded to order my flowers before it was even 10am. They were never delivered and nobody ever called me. I called this morning and spoke to Carlos who acted strange when I asked to speak to Christina directly. Then put me on hold very briefly and came back to say he just spoke to the delivery driver and his truck broke down yesterday and had to have it towed to the shop and is waiting to hear how long it will be in for repairs. Seriously?!?! If this really was a local shop, then one would think the driver would call the shop so they could pick up the arrangements sitting in his truck and find another driver to deliver them, like Christina herself or Carlos himself, if they were truly local to Williams, Az. They never delivered flowers and never called me to let me know. Highly disappointed with the lack of service that was provided.

Very very pleased with this wonderful florist! Contacted them from out of state to send sympathy flowers and they provided a beautiful airy lovely arrangement AND added a laminated photograph that I sent via email. Carlos was so helpful on the phone and via email and delivered an affordable beautiful arrangement. When I saw a photo of the flowers I was delighted.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day. The flowers did not arrive. I was certain that I had been scammed. I had read all the reviews, and was convinced that no one could be as good as the reviews claimed. I called the flower shop and was treated with amazing courtesy by everyone I spoke to and Carlos had the flowers delivered the next day. I will definitely recommend this flower shop to anyone.

I called from out of state on the day of my aunt and uncle's anniversary and they still received a beautiful arrangement on their anniversary. Between the excellent service and the lovely arrangement, I was able to make their day special for the them.

I live in Austin, TX and wanted to send a lovely flower arrangement to the family of a friend in Denham Springs. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Carlos even though I had already seen an arrangement I really liked on another florist's website. I gave him the website and product details so he could see exactly what I had in mind. He told me he could do an arrangement like that and how much it would cost. The family who received the flowers told me the arrangement was gorgeous! I'm happy to report my trust was well placed and my money was well spent. Thank you, Carlos!

The flowers I ordered were delivered as promised. The recipient was delighted! From what I can tell, they were fresh, beautiful, and wonderfully arranged.

Ordered an arrangement at Christmas for my aunt. She said they were the prettiest and longest lasting flowers!! Ordered another arrangement for her for Easter. Sadly there was a mix-up with delivery at the nursing home. One call to Carlos and he made a new arrangement for my Aunt. She sent a picture to show me. WOW!!! This florist gets an A+ in my book!! The flowers that they have in here is truly magnificent. They know what their customers need so they just let them decide and go from there.
