Our cats hated going to the grooming place, so we tried this mobile place. They fit us in the first day, groomed our Persian cat beautifully, and with much attention. Could not have been nicer. The young lady named Elizabeth was great! No stress, on time, with a perfect lion cut. We will always use Pet Love from now on. You will not be sorry using these folks. Thanks a million!

Basically cut my baby dog, didn't tell us about it, get said tried groomer tried to put quik stop on it, made it worse, poor Simon had a cone and antibiotics for 2 effing weeks. You suck.

my dogs used to be terrified to go to the groomer. They are so much calmer with Pet Love services. They don't try to break and run away when the groomer comes to their home. The team is kind and does a good job with the grooming. My dogs and i both have a more relaxed time each month when it is time to get them groomed. Love it!

Tried them once and I'll be back every time Rufus needs groomed. They were on time and very fast and he looked great!!He wasn't stressed out like before with other groomers. One hour or less is better than 4 hours+!!!The price is very good too. Love the defurinator service too!! Well worth the price

We have used Pet Love for our pets for years! They have always done an excellent job... even with our "challenging" pet (the one that just LOVES to find the mud puddle on her grooming day!). It makes it very convenient that they are able to make appointments early in the morning, late in the evening, and on the weekends! This fits with my weird work schedule.

I love this service. They come right to the house, take care of my little girl and leave.. its fast, they do a great job, and my pup is back in the house playing in no time!

I Love these guys!!! They are absolutely wonderful!!! My groomer takes the time to listen to my needs & I have never been disappointed!!!! Why take the time to travel to a groomer, when they come to you???

Pet Love is the only mobile pet service I can use. I have a very large cat with and even larger attitude. Most places will not groom her because of her size and the fact that she is declawed and knows how to use her teeth. Thats how I got started with pet love. Plus it is much less stress on the animal when all you have to do is get them to the van vs. loading them in a carrier and taking them on a trip to the vet, etc.

They have always taken care of my animal with professionalism and care. So dont listen or believe everything you read until you have had the experience yourself.

PetLove has a friendly staff, and I love the fact that they cater to my pet. She loves Ms.Jeri, and she does an exceptional job. I moved to the Irving area two years ago and found PetLove, it's convenient and I trust their staff, for all of my dogs grooming needs, I can drop her off in the morning and pick her up durning my lunch hour.

So again thank you PetLove for your excellent customer service and caring for my dog CHLOE!!!

We have used Pet Love for over a year and are absolutely thrilled with their services. Our baby is so much happier after being groomed! He does NOT have to sit in a cage most of the day, Pet Love just comes to the door and get him, groom him then he is back in the house clean, beautiful and most important still happy!

I have used this service for almost 2 years now! I will never go back to taking my dog to a "regular groomer". She LOVES it and they do it right here at home! She is not around other dogs or left in a small cage all day until they get to her! Not to mention she looks wonderful when she comes out of that purple van! Thanks PetLove for loving my pet!

I have been using Pet Love Grooming for about 2 years. I could not be more pleased with them. Everything they do is fantastic! I have not one complaint.

I have been a PetLove customer, for my long haired Orange Tabby Cat, since 2005. At first I would get whoever was available, but at one point got Jason - who has been our groomer for over 3 years now. All groomers have done an exceptional job, Jason does an OUTSTANDING Job EVERY single time. I love that they come to the house and my cat doesn't have to go to a cat/dog salon where the dogs make her irritable which then causes problems with her grooming. Jason never has a problem (at least he doesn't say if he does), Mamushka (my cat) walks in with her tail up in the air happy as can be. PetLove ensures that Jason is on time, the one time he ran late from the appt before mine, PetLove called to let me know, and called every 15 minutes to give me a heads up. He always arrives with a smile - takes my cat (she trusts him) & I am comfortable calling them up anytime. It costs me $120 (includes tip) each time - and it's always worth it. Jason knows her cut/style and Always gets it right-on. Jason's wife Amber had to cover once for him while he was out sick - she did an outstanding job as well. They always do it right - Mamushka gets a Teddy Bear cut (female lion cut) with booties on her feet & a tuft on the tip of her tail (just like a lion) - it's the perfect cut for her Orange fur. Jason is the one that suggested it when he started grooming her. He's very knowledgeable about the cuts, and had suggested a couple of other options - I went with this one and it's been the go-to one since.



I would & have recommended them. I would never again subject my cat to a Salon - which is a limited list, as most don't do cats - again. The two times I have tried them (a locally owned Salon in West Texas, & PetSmart) it was a disaster, Mamushka was very upset, they didn't do the job right, she was cut and scraped, That HAS Never happened with PetLove - EVER!!. In the Salons she also had to sit all day in a her Travel Taxi listening to all those dogs howling and barking & the smell in the salons is awful. That is NOT a problem with PetLove.

Pet Love is a very convenient service for my pet. They do a wonderful job!
