The plumber was very friendly, polite and reliable --he was on time and did a very efficient job, leaving the house clean and tidy. We called Reliable Plumbing Services when we found the water leak from our dishwasher on 11PM. The plumber gave us advice over the phone, and as it was an emergency squeezed in an early morning visit the next day (7AM). He was neat and tidy, laying down sheets, etc. He is clearly both experienced and competent. Having done various small jobs (fixing washing machine leaks etc) in the past, I was delighted to be able to employ Reliable Plumbing Services to install a whole new bathroom for me. It was a complicated job (which involved unforeseen structural work) as well as the expected work of tearing out the old bathroom, re-positioning the radiator and sink, and fitting/tiling the new bathroom. The plumbers worked efficiently throughout and I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom - can't quite believe it is mine! I would also like to note how beautifully they tidied up afterwards (as the whole house was full of brick dust) and how willing they were to sort other plumbing items which cropped up during the process (e.g. putting new thermostat on bedroom radiator and sorting out some other pipework). Our water heater went out on 8.19.2013. We researched some options and had multiple quotes given to us. All of the companies had great representatives, but Reliable Plumbing Services had a great representative as well as a great promotion to go with it. We were able to schedule our install of a new water heater unit the next day and the technician came in and made the install a great experience.
