I called Roto-Rooter of Buffalo this past Sunday morning to come out and clear a

clogged sewer drain. I was a little frustrated that they would not give me an estimate

over the phone. I was told they come out for free and then give you a price. When the

plumber got there he looked over the situation and then told me how much they charge for

to clear a clogged sewer drain. If I would have known the price up front I would have

went with a different company because they were much more expensive, but since they were

there and I needed the drain cleared I Roto-Rooter do the work. The drain was cleared,

but the plumber did not have a camera to do an inspection and I am still waiting for

another plumber to come out and run the camera through the sewer pipe so we can make sure

the drain is clear.

Rotor Rooter is A++++ in my book, Bob W from roto-rooter came in checked everything out and told us what are problem was and how to fix it, my basements drain was bringing water back up into my basement floor so i had puddles, we had roots growing in the pipe he snaked it out and used root x and fixed my problem no more roots no more puddles. Thank You Roto-Rooter for a professional job. I would recommend to everyone.

Workers did an excellent job. They were persistent and went the extra mile to fix my difficult problem.

STAY AWAY FROM ROTO-ROOTER! The so-called plumbers from Roto-Rooter LIED to us and scammed us out of $800 for procedures that were completely unnecessary. Our problem was simply tree roots (we discovered this later from another plumber), yet Roto-Rooter claimed that we needed a new sewer line to the street and wanted to charge us over $3000 to install it! To make matters worse, they damaged the pipes in our basement! Consequently, we had to have another plumber come in to fix this new problem as well as the original problem (i.e., tree roots)! When we tried to discuss the situation with management, they were totally unresponsive. Save your money--look elsewhere for reputable plumbers!!!

AVOID ROTO-ROOTER!!! They are totally UNPROFESSIONAL. We just needed to have tree roots eliminated, but the Roto-Rooter tech claimed that we essentially needed a whole new sewer system. After almost a thousand dollars of useless procedures to get rid of the tree roots, we had to call another plumber to repair the damage caused by the Roto-Rooter tech (Jim) and, believe it or not, to eliminate the tree roots. We contacted the management at Roto-Rooter several times, they never returned our calls.

Roto Rooter representative Bob W (#1746) was great! He and his trainee were prompt, courteous, and they even cleaned up behind themselves.

Two plumbers from the West Seneca Roto-Rooter came out to our house yesterday to address some drainage and sewer line issues we were having. They made a few recommendations on things we could do to address the problem, cleaned out our lines and were done in less than an hour. Both gentlemen went above and beyond, and I could not be happier with their service!

Very proffesional. They came in looked at my problem, explained what needed to be done and cost. Also explained possible issue with the age of my plumbing. They were in and out in about an hour. Very satisfied with work performed and cleanup.

I cant believe the quality of service that was provided by Roto-Rooter. These days

its hard to find a company you can really trust. My kitchen sink was clogged up

so bad my pipes gushed water in my cupboard underneath. The plumber who

arrived was so nice that I immediately felt better that he was there. However,

a couple days later the pipes leaked. (bad threads) . The same man returned and replaced the bad pipes and fixed it . I just feel as if this company cares about the

people it services..they were there both time in a heartbeat....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROTO-ROOTER TO ANYONE!

They were great. They showed up on time on a Saturday and worked quickly while fixing the problem. The online scheduling was very helpful and will difinitely use this service again if needed.

I needed to have my the main sewer line inspected with the camera. I call for appointment on Friday afternoon about noon and appointment was set up for the following morning. The plumber arrives Saturday morning and told me they would have to say the main sewer line before they could put the camera in it and see if there was any problem. The gentleman that snake out the main sewer line was very friendly and acted very professionally. I was told that technician with the camera and then requested to come out on Sunday and perform the inspection. By 4:30 PM no one had arrived and I was not contacted by phone to reschedule. I finally called the company and wanted to know what happened then was called that they probably would not be a vote to make it out on Sunday but the schedule it for Monday morning between 8 AM and then I would get a call prior to their arrival. This is now Monday so far no call no tech and is after 12 Pm noon and no tech.

called for a water backup problem in the basement at 11:30am. the plumber arrived at 12:55pm. problem resolved quickly. plumber was courteous, informative and knew his job. would definitely recommend and use again.

My basement sewer was backed up to the point that everytime i ran any water upstairs, the basement flooded. I called around noon on Feb 6th, and they came by 2:45. They fixed everything and gave me tips on how to prevent it. Would do business with again.

This past weekend we experienced our fist plumbing problem since living in our home for the past 14 years. We called Roto-Rooter after seeing their trucks in our neighborhood quite often. They sent a technician out within 2 hours of our initial call. From the moment the technician arrived everything was explained clearly and he took his time analyzing the situation which was very impressive. He then fixed our problem and did so in a timely and neat manner. We were thoroughly happy with the service as well as the technicians manners and the way he made sure to make as little of a mess as possible in this situation.. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone for all their plumbling needs. Not too often any more these days do you get what you pay for but with this company you do!!! -Michele Sutherland_

Serviceman was polite and friendly. Serviceman efficiently diagnosed the problem, with explanations freely given. Excellent cleanup afterwards. I will not hesitate to call Roto--Rooter.

They responded within an hour the day after Thanksgiving & were very professional. Ray our technician was very professional.
