All I can say is they took forever to pick up the phone...I think they have a voice mail service or something. Then when they finally got on the phone, the guy kept yelling at someone in the background. Totally unprofessional and they offered an OK amount, but couldn't pick up the car for a WEEK!?!?

Anyway I called this guy and got a low offer on my car, but I need some cash bad so I took it. The next day I come home and the guy got to my house early. As I pulled up the guy was coming out of my back yard. I said WTF and the guy said that he was just checking out the car.(Everyone knows not to walk in someones yard when they are not home.) I just thought to my self, " I need the money" So I walked to the car in the back yard and guess what I seen on the left of my fence as I walked through the gate. A pile of poop with a sock next to it that this guy apparently used to wipe with. I didn't need the money this bad. I pointed toward the poop and then to his car and I said get out of here and take your steaming gift with you.

I called three of these so called "cash for cars" places. This guy was SOOO rude and condescending to me. Told me "lady, you don't know cars, I've been at this for years. I buy more cars in a day then you've seen the back seat of" REALLY? Well, I got more than triple your offer from your competition. I wish I could give a negative 5 stars, cause I would.

Called up the 1-877 number got some guy who sounded like he was a little stoned. I wanted a quote for a car that I could sell for about $600 Dollars in the condition its in and if I were to spend the $200 Dollars needed to get it running again I could easily get 1500 for it. Before I even told him about the make and model on the car and about the condition he started telling me that the most i could look at was about $600, I turned around and asked if there was false advertising on their website because they say that they can pay up to $10,000 for any car in any condition. how does $10,000 become $600 dollars? After I told him that He THEN asked me what the make and model was, so I told him and he said that the most i could see is $100. I would strongly recommend not to go use these people.

They were rude. They offered me $100 for my car. I simply said that I could sell it to my neighbor for more and the guy blew up at me. "Then why are you calling me...sell it to him....I don't have time to sit here and haggle with you!" He hung up on me. I was appalled! I called back, got a lady on the line and started from the beginning. She offered $125. I said my neighbor offered $150...could they beat that? She put me on hold for like 10 minutes and then came back on and said "sure, sure. $200....when do you want it to be picked up?" I took their offer, waited for "same day pick-up" and waited, and waited. THREE days later a tow truck that looked like it needed a tow showed up at my house. The guy, who looked like he took a bath in grease, says "I hope THAT isn't the car I'm supposed to pay you $200 for!" WHAT???? I said yes. He said he'd give me $50 cash...that's all he could do, I must have lied about the condition. IT'S AN OLD JUNK CAR...WHAT'S TO LIE ABOUT? My neighbor came by and paid me $150. This was a horrible experience.

OK. So I Call This Place Try To See What I Can Get For My Old Car . The Service Was Good In The Beginning Till I Got Transferred To The SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

He Asked Me For My First And Last Name. SO I Give Him My First And Last Name. My Last Name Is ARELLANO . This Dude Asked me "ARE YOU HISPANIC" And I Say Yes. THEN HE ASKED ME.

"DO YOU HAVE ROOSTERS IN MY YARD"? WTH???? I Was Like NO. HE SAID "BUT AREN'T YOU HISPANIC " ?? I HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HIM, HILARIOUS OR OFFENSIVE? YOU BE THE JUDGE...

i got a junk car removed a couple weeks back and i gotta say it was pretty convenient. i called up , received a quote ( which was more than anyone else) and the tow truck literally came later that day. it was awesome. smooth simple and i got paid, baby!
