Provided by YPmobileI have had problems with my service for 6 months and every time I called to get it fixed they were extremely rude, & I got a different excuse over 40 times. They offered me a $50 1 time credit as a favor because it is not their responsibility that every tower was down where I live. WOW!!! To top it all off, EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Leaving their service ASAP...would not advise using them.

Provided by YPmobileI bought a phone changed my mind bought another 700.00 phone the employee Shanties was terrible to deal with was rude I had to clean my own screen and put on the otter box she tried to charge me for the new otter when I had a credit from a previous one when on the phone to her district manager she mouthed the F... word. Will not recommended nor will I return. I reported this employee to corporate

Provided by YPmobileThis store is full of idiots yhey lie like no other to make sales, they are lazy sitting there with nothing to do. Customers Service isn't any better they dont tell you the whole truth about there service they direct you to the customer service line then they direct you to the store. Customer service sucks!!! Rude little bastards I have only had my service for 1 full month and have been to the store 5 freakin times. I HATE SPRINT!!! I WILL NEVER HAVE THERE SERVICE AGAIN ONCE O PAY THE EARLY TERMINATION FEE IM DONE! HELL I WOULDN'T BUY MY DOG A PHONE FROM SPRINT.... CALLS DROP ALL OVER NEBRASKA AND OUT OF STATE. SORRY SERVICE, LAZY PEOPLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST THEN COX CABLE.... NEVER AGAIN I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THEN A STAR.... IT WONT LET ME

Provided by YPmobileOn top of poor service, the employees at this location are a bunch of idiots. They clearly don't know what theyre doing and have 0 problem solving skills. I don't even want to waste more time by typing all the things theyre horrible at. Don't waste your time going unless you want to bank on having the most frustrating/stressful time of your week.

Provided by YPmobileToo many problems to list! Service issues, customer service issues, poor signal in our home and at our business! Consumer Reports rates Sprint as the WORST cell provider PERIOD and with very good reason. One helpful tip, when walking into a Sprint store ask them "Is this a REAL Sprint store or a PRETEND Sprint store?" Because apparently it DOES make a difference but there is NO signage telling you that! This is information was given to me by a Sprint customer service rep!!! Said exactly as I quoted! She said "those" sales people aren't trained as well. Really?! Yet they wear SPRINT name badges and stand underneath a large SPRINT sign?! Do yourself a favor SHOP ELSEWHERE! There are cellular service providers willing to give you decent reception and customer service for less money!
