Provided by YP.comOur printer kept going offline every few days and we had to reset everything over and over again. We called this company and they came out and changed something in our router and on the printer. Its been 2 weeks now and the printer is still working perfectly. 10 stars guys.

Provided by YP.comI have been having serious problems with my email since Feb and spent hours on the phone with Comcast and Microsoft both advised me they could not help me and advised me to take my computer into a shop which I did only to be told they could not help me either and suggested I change my email address. The Live Technician people fixed my issue and also answered many other questions and provided help with a number of other issues.I am most grateful and subscribed to a 3 yr contract to help me in the future. Thank you!!

Provided by YP.comCompany has a good reputation so I called them to fix my desktop. Turned out to only need a new power unit which the tech had with him. Everything worked out as expected and I have no complaints. They called me a few days after technician was here to make sure everything was working ok.

Provided by YP.comI tried them out one time, and I will not be trying them again. I think that they farm out the work to subcontractors that are not paid very much, but I'm not sure. I also noticed that the reviews for them here are worded in a way that makes them sound like the business wrote them instead of real customers.

Provided by YP.comPerfect installation of our network. We moved into a new office and needed 35 network cables run into different rooms. Everything was installed and working perfectly. One of the connectors had to be replaced but they sent their tech back to fix it the next day. Overall they did a great job.

Provided by YP.comTechs in a sec has sent us several techs in the past and we have always had good results. Our business has 9 computers and a server and I dont know enough about the computers to do all the work myself. When I need things done that are beyond my skill I call Techs in a Sec to do the work. They hve sent a few different techs over the months all that were polite and knew how to fix our problems. Over all I would reccomend the company on the grounds of knowledge and price.

Provided by YP.comNew PC with windows 8 that I hate. I called to see if they could remove Windows 8 and put another version of windows on the computer. They explained my options and I agreed to have them send a person to modify my computer. They were able to modify windows 8 to look more like windows 7 which I am more comfortable with. perfect.

Provided by YP.comi called this company and was told they do not have a tech in my area. It would be almost $90 travel charge and $89 per hour, minimum one hour. They are NOT local to anywhere and they fake their own reviews. When you lose credibility, you lose business.

Provided by YP.comI own a small business and we dont have the budget for dedicated IT staff. When we first started out I had to use two separate companies for technical services. DTS Computers inc for network, server and voip related issues and GeekSquad for office printing and workstation issues. It was far from ideal. Geek Squad really couldnt handle the hard technical issues and DTS Computers were way to expensive to use for anything besides network and server support. About 3 months ago we switched web hosting providers and the friendly support staff there recommended Techs In a Sec. It was a match made in heaven. They have flexible billing options and top notch field engineers. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.
