David Williams was a big help to me. He restored all my drives, cleaned my viruses and hackers off of my computer. He downloaded applications that I wanted and was very pleasant to talk to. I have enjoyed my experience very much! He doesn't make me feel like this was all my fault. He is very professional. My hats off to your company for hiring such a fine young man.

It seems that I had my email accounts used and scammed! I called AOL for help and two individuals by the name Watson and esp. Ricky the High Tech helped and renewed my computer, adding extra programs that would help my computer run smoothly! I will admit on the last steps Rick really knows his computer expertise! An excellant job! and both did guide me through out the whole time the two fixed my computer esp Rick, I thank you AOL for your help and for having these two men help me out! Outstanding job! Took my computer to the Geeks. They say you can monitor the progress on their website. The website shows 'checked in', 'assigned', and 'pick up'. Not being satisfied with that, i called them, and was told that the hardware had passed the check and they were running virus scans. 2 days later I called and was told the hardware scan showed a failed hard drive, and told me NO virus scans had been done and that it would cost another $200 to replace the drive. Worst service I've ever had. Find a professional, these people are NOT.

on Friday they started working on the computer. There was an issue=e and for some reason the phone number was wrong so they could ;not reach me. After we made contact they did a very good job of correcting the issues and putting safety on the computer. We were on the phone a lot but they wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. At this time as far as I know all has been corrected and the employees working with me were very courteous and helpful. they did a great job. Dianne Williams

James and Andy were so patient and very kind. My computer was very infected with bugs and these guys fixed my computer in one day for a reasonable price. Thank you so much Geekzs!!

By far the best customer service experience I've ever had. Ricky tirelessly worked to remove all the unwanted files from my computer installed the new avg cloud care anti-virus protection software.
