Great service, honest people and very clear explaining the problem.

If you're a homeowner, you know how hard it can be to find good electricians. So, thank god for Ken and usa electric. He was competent, honest, reliable and friendly and his quote was very fair. He did a great job rewiring our house. I would call him again or recommend him to a friend.

First, USA Electric did not show up for their first appointment. They call me after the appointment time to reschedule for another day. Fine.



Second, they did not show up for their second appointment on time. They call me an hour after the appointment time to tell me they are on their way. Fine again.



Third, they then call me 30 minutes later to tell me they won't be coming because they actually don't service my area, even though yellow pages clearly state that they do.



What kind of business are these people running??? I wasted my time clearing my schedule for them and this is how they treat customers??? If USA Electric can't even manage the basics of showing up for an appointment, I have no confidence in their work.

If you will call anyone else you are throwing away your money and making a mistake. These guys are honest and won't waste your time. Great service. ken is the guy who services my neighborhood. Good guy, fair prices and excellent quick service.

Met four highly rated electrical contractors and got four estimates. USA electric definitely had a more professional attitude than the other companies I received estimates from. The electrician was very knowledgeable and patient, he provided written documentation of his license, insurance information and a detailed contract with all the work spelled out clearly. The price was very competitive, best of all, he did exactly what he said he'd do. From estimate to completion USA electric were responsive, on time, pleasant and professional. No hard sell, no trying to add on unnecessary work. This was by far the least stressful and smoothest home improvement I have made to date.

Just had some electric needs and so I searched online for electrical help. Found USA Electric and read the reviews. Tried them out and I liked the service. They did fix both of my issues, but found the price to be very high. I would recommend them, but just keep in mind you will have to fork out the money.

It's amazing to me that in economic times like this, a company like USA Electric can be SO dis-interested in NEW business and service.



I left a total of five (5) messages, over a period of nine (9) days. I have yet to see anyone from USA.



We have an 85,000 square foot warehouse in the City of Industry, so it's not like we are a small account.



I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Professional, helpful and pleasant. We have used usa electric on two separate occasions and they helped us solve our problems as well as complete all our electric needs (overhead lighting, outdoor lighting). We are very satisfied with their work and service.

Great electrical work. Fixed a bunch of wiring issues in a new house we purchased. The previous owner made a mess of stuff and Ken was able to sort everything out very quickly. He installed everything from outlets to smoke detectors. I would highly recommend him.

USA Electric did some work at my house and I am very happy with their service. They rewire the entire house - the work was professional and clean. The electrician was very knowledgeable and gave me some advices that save me so much money. I feel lucky to finally find a company that I can trust and can honestly recommend to others.

We just bought our first house and needed to replace our electrical panel as it was a zinsco which is known to catch a flame so we decided to make the upgrade. usa electric was great from start to finish. They set an appointment for the estimate, came on time and quoted us exactly what we paid. Other electrician we got in didn't show up on time and the estimate was not written out very well. The work was done quickly and properly. The electrician was a super nice guy, really respectful and made sure the place was cleaned up at night and kept us informed.

On Monday, February 16, 2009, our house was hit by lightening and my electrical meter and fuse box were fried. I called Edison, who told me that someone would come to our house. No one came and we had no power that night. The next morning I called USA Electric from work, got a real person on the phone who told me that someone would come that day to see what could be done. At 11 AM Ken came, checked the damage, gave me a price quote, and told me that he would be able to give us power that day. And, he did. After two days of hard work I have a new electric meter, fuse box, everything is now outside and fully up to code. The work has been done fast and secure. I can refer everyone to this service. Thank you.

I recently had an electrical problem at my home during the holidays. I called USA Electric after reading what others had said about their service experiences. I concur, with the other clients/customers, the service provided was excellent. My great experience with this company (USA Electric) is the direct result of two of their service personnel. I have the highest regard for Ken B. and his assistant Chris. They came, they saw, and they conquered the problem within 30 minutes. Ken was able to find a short using a digital testing device. They make the necessary repairs. Since they knew what they were doing, I had them repair an exhaust fan in the downstairs restroom.



In an era, where many vendors and contractors are masquerading as being competent. I was pleasantly pleased to have these guys work on my house. My Dad always told me " You get what you pay for." I would highly recommend the company and will use them again for any electrical or installations I might need in the future. Yes, there good!

My first time experience with USA Electric was very good. Called in the morning and because my problem was a power outage they arranged for an electrician to come out within an hour. The electricians should up on time and traced the problem quickly. They may not be low cost ...but for the quick service and quality work, I will certainly use them again.
