WHEN WE DISCOVERED OUR WATER HEATER WAS OUT, WE HAD WATER HEATER ONLY COME OUT TO CHECK IT OUT. STEVE BURLISON CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND PROMPTLY ARRIVED AT THE TIME PROMISED. STEVE WAS VERY NICE, POLITE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE QUICKLY WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE ON THE REPAIR. HE WAS VERY HONEST ON HELPING US DECIDE WHETHER TO FIX THE PART OR JUST GET A NEW HEATER. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH ON EXPLAINING THE PRO'S AND CONS TO HELP US DECIDE WHAT WOULD BE BEST. WHEN WE DECIDED ON REPLACING THE TANK, MATT REMOVED THE OLD AND REPLACED THE TANK WITHIN AN HOUR AND HALF. HE MADE SURE THE AREA WAS CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING ORDER. STEVE ALSO WENT OVER HOW TO WORK THE TANK DURING HIS SERVICE CALL. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, PROMPTNESS, AND QUALITY OF SERVICE WATER HEATERS ONLY PROVIDED FOR ME. I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH WATER HEATER PROBLEMS TO SEEK THIS COMPANY FOR A SOLUTION. Called Water Heaters Only on a Saturday night at about 8.00 pm after discovering that my water heater was leaking lots of water. The person I talked to said they could have someone at my home the next day, Sunday, between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm, gave me an estimate of the cost to repair/replace, and indicated that I would be free to accept or decline the on site quotation. Their mechanic, Matt, arrived at 10.30 am. He was very polite and quickly and clearly explained what needed to be done. He then gave me a quotation which was within the earlier estimate. I accepted the quotation and he proceeded to do the repair, which included replacing the old heater, in an efficient and professional fashion and was finished by 1.00 pm. I highly recommend Water Heaters only. My customer order number was 1032522.

I was delighted with the installer’s knowledge, technical competence, willingness to explain everything and follow through. The high end Bradford White heater is great too!



This was an unusual situation, a planned rather than emergency replacement so I had time to shop and think. The heater was a tight fit in an external access closet and water from the home above had damaged the drywall. The old heater had to be removed for drywall repair and the new heater installed later in the day taking care to bring everything up to the current code as well as fit. The original heater was old but working so replacement was theoretically optional.



Kevin W arrived on the Monday, provided a detailed estimate, answered all my questions and talked with me and the drywall contractor to agree on a workable date the following Friday. Alex B did the work on Friday, going through the contract with both myself and Kevin W (by phone). He also explained everything to a friend of mine, a lady I rent from.



Alex arrived at 8am and removed the old heater. The drywall contractor was here at 9am, I called Alex back for the new heater install at noon, he was done by 1:30, we had hot water by 2pm.



Alex, the installer was responsive, answered questions and was quick and confident with the work. He explained the local codes and that he would be returning in the unlikely event the inspector wanted changes.



I had been nervous when a last minute truck problem required Alex to substitute for Kevin and wondering if I should go ahead on schedule. Kevin’s professionalism convinced me to accept his recommendation to go ahead and as soon as Alex started work I knew I was dealing with another expert. These people are organized and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife noticed a wet carpet in the guest room adjacent to where the water heater is located and then notices water on the floor by the water heater. This was on Saturday. We called Water Heaters Only out of the yellow pages because we liked their add. We were given a quote over the phone and were told they could do the work the next day, Sunday. Loni came in as scheduled on Sunday, was very nice and professional and installed the new water heater very quick;ly and at the price quoted.

Called them late Friday night and they scheduled a call on Saturday per my request. Kevin came out and was extremely knowledgable. His quote for the work was slightly less than what was estimated on the phone and reasonable compared to similar work other friends have had. He had to go pick up the 75 gallon water heater I needed and he also stopped at Home Depot to pick up some new water proof runners to make sure my white carpet did not get dirty. The installation was done quickly and professionally.

Called Water Heaters Only at !0:40AM on Sat. about our leaking water heater and Steve showed up at 12:30PM. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the old tank beautifully. I am very happy with Water Heater Only and thank you, Steve.

I discovered that our water heater was leaking on Sunday morning, so I started looking at ads in the Yellow Pages. Water Heaters Only appealed to me because it has been around for a long time and advertised that prices are the same every day and they will beat any competitor's quote. When I called, Paul answered the phone immediately and answered all of my questions in a friendly and efficient manner. He scheduled an appointment for that afternoon, Kevin came out and replaced the water heater with a good brand, made in America, at the exact quoted price, including building a new platform, cleaned everything up, and hauled the old one away. He was also very friendly and competent, loves working for the company, and has very complimentary things to say about it and the owner. We could not have found a better company to do business with, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

My water heater broke on the weekend. Water Heaters Only had competitive pricing and they came to my house on Sunday to install my new water heater. The installed the unit up to code. Loali did a great job. He was very patient with me as I was trying to decide between a tankless and a tank water heater. I would recommend Water Heaters Only.

We discovered that our water heater was broken at 7am. I called and they sent out a tech by 9:30am and had the water heater installed by 11am so I could still get to work. The tech was courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. What could have been a huge hassle (including a weekend without hot water) was instead dealt with efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone needing a new water heater.

My boyfriend noticed a big puddle of water on the downstairs tile, opened the bathroom door and found it water dripping quickly from the ceiling fan vent. He ran upstairs and noticed that the drip pan around the water heater was full. After rushing home from work, we discovered that the drip pan was not really working the way it was supposed to, hence the leak through to the first floor. I called two general plumbers and both techs that came out to look at the mess quoted me outrageous sums to replace the broken water heater. I decided to wait and shop around.



The tech for Water Heaters Only came out the next day, was very knowledgable and helpful, and gave me a much lower quote for replacing the water heater. Not only did the tech put in a brand new drip pan (that looks like it will actually do its job), he put in a bunch of new piping! It did take longer than I expected (about 4 hours), but he was very friendly, cleaned up after himself (he had also put down mess cloths to help keep things clean), and didn't complain that the water heater was located on the second story in a little closet! AND the brand name of the water heater is definitely a step up from what was originally in there!

I was extremely happy to be able to get my water heater replaced on a weekend. Derek was professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I have had some thermal expansion in my house with the old heater, so also I had him also install a thermal expansion tank, in addition to the new tank, straps, shut-off valve, gas flex, etc. The price was about what I'd expect. I'm very satisfied. (Note: the tank they installed was a replacement for a tank that Water Heater Only installed 20+ years ago!)

As I watched our water heater start leaking, I wasn't sure what to do first. Luckily there was an emergency shutdown sticker on there so we figured out what to do. It was Sunday evening so I took the chance and called a few plumbers. I finally reached one and it sounded really expensive. I noticed a number for Water Heaters Only on the sticker, so I called. Someone answered right away. He was really friendly and the price he quoted was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the plumber's quote. They were also available to come out the next day. Jim was so friendly and patiently answered all our questions. The whole process was so easy. And it was great to have such great customer service. If we need to replace our water heater I would definately call this company again.

Jim completed the work in a five-star manner within a few hours, we were very impressed. We first called a larger plumbing chain and were quite surprised at the proposed cost, and felt we should get another bid. Sure glad we did, the job could not have been done better, and more timely, at about half the cost of the first bid. I would recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone.
