Aaron was GREAT! We hadn't had our air conditioner serviced in 4 years and it was caked in cottonwood. Aaron did an wonderful job of removing the cottonwood. We won't make the mistake of waiting 4 years to have it serviced again. We will definitely call Williams Comfort Air. We've already recommended them to a neighbor who also loves them!

Pushy technicians apparently on commission. No credibility. Worse than taking your car to a dealership where they recommend every repair that you DON'T need. This was the first repair experience in my life where I came close to asking a repair tech to leave my house. To top it off, my home has two furnaces, but only one had an issue--- but the service tech said he would have to charge me a service fee for my second furnace as well when he came back to do repairs (I didnt have him come back), because he couldn't warranty the first furnace without looking at the other one... What?? Ultimately he quoted me $1800 for something that I had another company give an estimate for close to half of that (and no, I didnt tell the other company what i was quoted by Williams) ---so even paying the wasted $95 service fee to Williams, which I got nothing for, I still came out way ahead going elsewhere. I have since read several reviews where people said that Williams was bought out by a larger company a few years ago, and that service techs were put on commission? But don't quote me on that, ask Williams before you have them send someone out...

Thank you so much for the awesome job in cleaning our ducts! We have been remodeling for almost EIGHT years… "do-it-yourselfers"… and we took all precautions that we could to keep the drywall dust from taking over the house, but the dusting never seemed to end! Now, it's back to a regular dusting routine. Yeah! Most important, we have to have healthier air now… I was amazed at the amount of dirt, debris and general "gunk" that my family had been breathing.



I also want to say how impressed I was with the professional, courteous and quite manner that the guys displayed. I had some business things to attend to while at home the day that they were there, and I was not disturbed at all!



Thanks again and I will recommend you to anyone who asks for a duct cleaning company!
