Very fast & convenient to make appointments online. It makes my trip to the hospital more efficient especially since I had to get an x-ray & prescriptions that same day,

Outstanding service beginning to end!

Quick service with appointment.

I was seen at my appointment time with no waiting. My 3yo daughter was with me and the techs were super sweet to her and even gave her a lollipop.

Good service

Staff friendly and professional. Not enough staff to stay on time with appointments. My 7:20 appointment was not seen until 7:50 due to only one technician working.

I recently (29 Mar) took my IMR required HIV test. The results do not appear to have been published or completed on the IMR website or MHS Genesis.

I received fast and efficient medical care from professionals.

Although a 15 minute wait in line to check in, it was still 100 percent better than the way it used to be. A lot more smoother & faster than traditional way of checking in & waiting over an hour. Keep up the great work!

Very good. A little bit better than old way. I still had to wait 25 minutes even tho I had an appointment and was 10 minutes early to checkin. You need to open TWO windows in AM. Bj

The appointment system was great! I have a 12 month old who needed labs so waiting for hours as a walk-in wasn’t an option. We were in & out in less than 20 minutes.

Everyone was super nice and wanted to be there to help me.

Good and quick service

No issues. Got in on time. Very good tech. Lots of good reminders via email and text regarding my appointment. Three stars is due to Hospital leadership still requiring everybody to wear the useless Fauci Face Diapers. Other military hospitals have stopped this practice, why not 99 Med Group?

Having an appointment made the process very easy. The lady who administered the procedure was amiable and empathetic.

Very satisfied with the service. I didn’t have to wait for a long time like what I used to especially I was fasting.
