We were having reoccurring issues with spiders in our kitchen so we called aptive and got an appointment right away! Mark B came out and was the sweetest guy!!!! He took time to say hi to our 18 month old daughter who kept waiving to him - he was very personable and kind! He asked what our problem areas were and gave me details about where he treated and made sure we were satisfied with all his treatments! We are very satisfied with this company and how well and effective their product is working! Thanks Mark for brightening our day with your friendly smile and sweet personality!!!

Aptive did a great job helping us with our wasp nest, we had over 100 wasps invading our property and Aptive was able to resolve the problem. Kenneth and Bill also provide quarterly service for us and are very happy with them and their service providers are professional and courteous.

The manager Mark B., and Mike the service pro have been prompt and accommodating to my schedule. They took their time in listening to what I needed and answering my questions. So far, they have exceed my two previous service providers and then some. I have been very impressed and definitely see myself an Aptive customer for the long run.

We had our first initial spray with Aptive. Kenneth, our service pro, did a great job on our house. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and thorough while working on our house. We are very pleased with our service and would recommend Aptive!

Aptive stopped by today for the initial treatment, today. Kenneth was very knowledgable, polite and professional. We needed treatment inside our home, so he put booties over his shoes. It is the little things that mean a lot. I also want to say that Jaime at customer service was great. We had to reschedule twice due to me forgetting the appointment and the weather. Both times, Jaime was polite and upbeat. I'm truly pleased with my service.

Jon did an excellent job spraying all areas both inside and outside of the house. He was on time and very thorough. Jon explained everything that needed to be done beforehand and went over the company's policies.

Kenneth from Aptive visited for a retreat on my property and did a fantastic job of first listening to my problem and attending to it. He made sure all the areas were sprayed thoroughly and took time to go thru all the corners of the house. Thank you

Very knowledgable and knew product was safe for our dog. Falling was a great tech that knew his products.

Not impressed with the service we received. Katrina did not treat the outside of the house as described by the salesman Bryan. Entire outside treatment of the house took around 5 minutes. Additionally, flower beds were not treated (as was promised) and bees were still present after Katrina left. Our treatment was at 4:30pm and it was obvious she wanted to go home rather than doing a thorough job. Overall, very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend.

Kenneth was AMAZING! He went and did an above and beyond job inside and outside of our house.

Kenneth B. came to our home to perform our service today. He was prompt, polite and thorough. He spent an hour treating the outside of our home and ensuring everything was addressed.

Both Josh, the sales rep, and Dallin, our technician, were polite and kind as they came to our home yesterday. Dallin was very thorough as he located and knocked down several hornets nests. He was careful to avoid areas that I wanted protected, and he really listened to the information I gave him. This was our first application so I'm not sure how effective the product is. However, I am super pleased with the excellent service we received!

Jorge arrived early and did a thorough job of explaining what he was going to cover during his visit. He explained many details on pests specific to my property. Very courteous & professional, I look forward to the follow up visit in 30 days.

Brady & Sam were very professional & prompt. They found hornet nests that I was not aware of & appeared to do a very thorough job.

Service Associate (Jorge) was timely, efficient and provided valuable information on pests control issues. I was very pleased with professional demeanor of both Jorge and Viking (Sales).

I was told the service professional would arrive between 4:20 and 6:20. Ken was in my driveway at 4:20. He clearly explained what he planned to do then reviewed what he did when he was done. Excellent service.

Our Service Rep Katrina was very fast and efficient. She was able to explain the pest control process and how it works.
