The three young men showed up right on time they took care of a difficult job for me moving an extremely heavy safe from one home to another taking great care as they worked. I would recommend them without hesitation and use them again without hesitation.

These guys were awesome! Showed up right at the top of the scheduled time and got everything done within our allotted 3 hours. Packed up our one bedroom apartment and took things down the stairs and out multiple doors easily. Very professional, easy to work with and nice guys through the stressful process of moving. Will definitely use again.

We are extremely happy with choosing Plymouth as our moving company! We spoke with Kyle in regards to our move from Philadelphia to Maryland and had to keep our belongings at a storage
place for a while. We got first month free storage. That was enough time for us to complete a house purchase and to get our furniture and personal items transferred to a final destination. We saved on storage! We have been informed what our options are and were advised on how to make our experience as smooth as possible. We have been offered a variety of packing options that fit our budget and save us time.The overall process was free of headache and each step of the move was clearly explained. Our estimate was close to origin price. The charges seem fair and well-explained so we know where every penny goes. The moving team showed on time, worked professionally, fast, and very careful. All the fragile items were moved with special care. I did like that they customized our move to our needs and were easy to work with! I would recommend this company to those who are looking for honest company, fair price, team professionalism, and smooth move.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WASTE OF MONEY, WASTE OF TIME TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT HIRE THEM- They cheated me taking my money taking all my goods and I still have no update on when it will be delivered.
Its been 2 months now and i have no update after my goods were loaded on Sep28th for a move from philadelphia Pa to California. Each time I call they respond stating they have no update.
I have now filed complaint against the movers fmcsa.dot.gov for status of my goods. I just hope they either loose license or get a hefty penality for cheating..
End of story.. Please do not use this service.
YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

I don't know where to begin but I will start with the fact that I was warned by friends and family that moving was extremely stressful. Now that I've completed my move from start to finish and have experienced it myself I can say it was the most stress I think I ever dealt with. Thankfully I came across Plymouth. I called around to a lot of companies and I felt the most comfortable with Plymouth from the get go.

Kyle Ercolono was my assigned agent. He contacted me and walked me through the process of itemizing my stuff to generate a price. He had me opening my drawers and asking what was in them so things would be accounted for. After everything was itemized they that generated a price and he emailed me an estimate for review. Whenever I called him with a question he answered that question and explained all I needed to know.

The crew that arrived was fast, efficient, kind and hard working. They got busy packing all my stuff. They made sure everything was properly labeled. They were incredibly organized and I was really impressed how well they worked together as a team.

What I appreciated most about Plymouth was that they kept in contact with me, were extremely professional and did everything they could to make a our move less stressful. In turn I felt compelled to come online and tell my story as most people don't do that when they have a good experience. Thank you to all involved with my move and for making this a pleasurable experience.

We had to move our home and store our items with Plymouth for a month while we figured out our living situation. Price wise they were the cheapest and beat out all other quotes. Delivery was prompt and timely. The team they sent to load our furniture were great. They packed things so tight and worked tirelessly to get the job done all on the same day.
We stored all our possessions with them for a month and then they redelivered and unloaded.
The Lake Success branch is the one we dealt with. James, the Manager was not just a true professional but clearly cared and wanted to make our move as smooth as possible.They managed to get our stuff to us on time The mover arrived promptly and unloaded with 0 problems or fuss
We have to give a special THANK YOU to Anthony the container truck driver He was amazing Friendly and went about his job with true professionalism We had 4 large containers and they came and went no problems If I had to move again i wouldnt hesitate to use them

Is there any rating below 1 star. Just had the most awful, stressful experience of my life. I spent hours on the phone with the estimators to identify what was in our inventory, then I got the estimate. They called a few days before the movers were to arrive & of course that time the price went up over $2000. Then the movers showed up - after they got the truck loaded the price went up $14000!! I called plymouth to ask for a refund of my deposits since their estimate was so far off - guess what - no refund - WHAT A SCAM!!!

I don't know what's better than having your own moving crew move you?! Not to mention the attentive staff and level of customer service you receive with Plymouth! I honestly cannot think of one thing to complain about!! Everything was as it said and as I was told. I made sure to read my binding moving estimate in case there was something missing. I also wanted to check they had my inventory correct. They also have a quality assurance department who called a week before my move to go over the details and see if I needed to make adjustments and make sure everything was correct from the coordinator. But as I said I looked everything over at that point. Very happy overall!

I was referred from a friend that used Plymouth on their move and they had a wonderful experience. I decided to use them as well and was very happy I did. My friend was right on in pointing me in their direction. It was a great move. Very uneventful compared to the stories you read about. I do know of people who had bad experiences and it doesn't seem pleasant. I will make sure to pass along to anyone I know how great Plymouth is.

Moving is the worst thing ever, I swear it could probably be considered as torture. Plymouth made it a heck of a lot easier for me. Rather than having my buddies move me and probably break my stuff for pizza and beer, it was better to hire the professionals at Plymouth. I definitely felt more confident in my choice to work with them.

Well I just got my belongings and was very happy with the state of my items. Nothing was destroyed or even scratched. My great grandmother's items were in tip top shape. I was content with the whole move from start to finish. I didn't feel like I was getting "sold" on the phone. I felt like working with Plymouth was a good move (pun not intended, ok well maybe it was.) I know of a few people who will be moving and Plymouth can expect them to call.

If there is one adjective I could give for this company it would be incredible. The day of my move the company I had originally booked with cancelled on me. So I was stuck scrambling last minute for a mover. Plymouth was in my top picks but the other company had a price that couldn't be beat, well that should have been my warning right there. Like I was always told "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Well it definitely was, but not going to harp on that. Plymouth was a life saver. I had to be out by the next day because the new tenants were moving in!! I am thankful for these guys coming to the rescue and next time I will go with my gut and not the cheaper option!!!

My daughter was moving for college. It is her first year and her first time leaving home and moving to a different state. So as you can imagine an emotional time for all of us. She was nervous and I was on the verge of an emotional breakdown. I wanted to ensure she was in the best hands possible for this move. We opted to go with Plymouth. Very happy we did. It made it much easier on the transition to her getting ready for the move and starting college. As parents we knew she was in good hands, of course we went along with her, after all she's my baby. Everything went well. My husband was happy he wasn't going to have to lift everything so all in all it was great!!

I moved to US from Russia, which was a horrible move so I was nervous when I had to move across country. This was first time to move in US. I did not know what to think or expect. Luckily my English good, not best but it work. I would move again with them.

Good moving companies are a dime a dozen. Some charge outrageous prices and are greedy, others low ball and just suck. Plymouth was a good medium. I asked a lot of questions to which they happily obliged, other companies I spoke with I couldn't get a straightforward answer from, they would just beat around the bush. I appreciate companies who tell you the truth instead of what you want to hear. I highly recommend these guys, the true professionals.
