We would like to say a few words about the service their company, and more specifically Ms. Gordon have provided us. We were referred to them by my sister, who raved about the great job they had done for her. We are in the rental business in New Orleans, and Santa Fe, NM. Since we live in Texas, i is difficult to rent a property from such a distance. They were exceptional in many ways. They are prompt to answer phone calls and emails. They are straight forward about what the property needs in order to show. All paperwork was meticulously executed and they found a qualified tenant in just a couple of weeks. We can't say enough about our great experience with Soniat Realty and Ms. Gordon.

Our experience with Lashay has been the highlight of our relationship with Soniat Realty thus far! She took excellent care of us when we were signing our lease and made sure that we were fully understanding of the terms. We were new to the area and she went above and beyond by pointing us to stores and restaurants in the area. Lashay made us feel welcomed and right at home. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their leasing assistant.!

I surely recommend your company to find a property for rent as you guys have diverse options in different part of city. Your company is proactive and very helpful on the first call. You guys are flexible and humble to understand our problems. All the issues regarding our apartment have been solved at a very fast rate.

I have been associated with Soniat for about 18 years and I am still amazed at the quality of service provided. The company actually takes the burden of maintaining my properties from me. I am impressed with the staff and their knowledge of property management. They are always available when I call the office to answer questions or assist in completing paper work concerning the properties. They always make me feel as if I am their only client. I also appreciate that they contract workers who perform quality work at a cost comparable to current market rates for all repairs or services rendered. I know that all of the property managers employed are qualified, but I have a gem in having Bonnie assigned to me. The last thing and most important, the monthly proceeds, from the properties, are always deposited on the date promised.

We recently sold our condo but wanted to put in an endorsement/recommendation for Bonni and Soniat Realty. Bonnie managed our condo in the warehouse district for several years while we were living out of state. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received from Bonnie and Soniat Realty. Bonnie is very experienced at managing residential properties and was always available to handle emergencies as well as routine calls, treating the property as if it was her own.
