It is a pleasure to visit this dentist. The staff is helpful and polite . They run on time and the doctor talks so nice to the children.

I brought my 2 children for their first dental check up and was extremely pleased, very clean and child friendly. Doctor and hygienists all made them feel comfortable. My babies actually asked to go back the next day to see the dentist again. I highly recommend this office.

I love the doctor and office :) No other "pediatric" dentist lets parents be back with their children. I am so thankful Dr Petinato does, I can be with my children and that means a lot to me. They really go out of their way to accomodate families, I can have my children all in one room seen right after one another or in different rooms at the same time if I am in more of a hurry ( I know because I have been seen both ways). And extra points for their insurance manager, Jerry, he was so helpful with finding what insurance my family was since I had lost the card. Thank you all, I am so thankful to have found such a doctor for my children.

I have taken my 3 children the office for years now and have always been so happy with how they treat the children. The office is always so clean and the receptionist and hygienists are very pleasant. You should see the children's faces when the dentist comes in their faces light up like they are seeing a celebrity, he is such a nice man. The hygienists teach the children about good brushing and flossing. I love this dentist office and tell everyone about them.

I was very impressed with the office, all my daughter's friends seem to go to Safari Dental and were actually telling her that she should go there too. It was really cute to hear four and five year olds having grown up conversations about which dentist to go to. But back to the review, they were on time, an extremely nice and happy group, very clean and fully computerized with all the digital xrays and computers. I was not rushed and had my concerns addressed. I wish they took adults I would switch and go there in a minute.

My 3 children loved this dentist, the staff is another story, particularly Christina and Kathy. My daughter's filling fell out (put in by this office) and I called to make an appointment, I was only able to make it on Wednesday (calling in on Monday). They only offered me "open" appointments for Monday and Tuesday. They were inconsiderate and ignored the fact that I was at work and not able to leave to come to the only "open" appt they had on Monday or Tuesday. Seeing as this should be deemed an emergency and the work done at this office, I feel I should have been able to be squeezed in on Wed afternoon. So basically, if they had no openings, it was a too bad, so sad mentality from the office staff. I even offered to wait until the last appt of the day and they refused. The two above did not seem to care a bit when I mentioned I was going to be forced to take my child to a new pediatric dentist. Moving on to Trinity Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Pettinato is great, but your staff needs to learn that the patients are the reason they have a job!
