Dr Munzer pays attention to the details and is diligent in pursuing them to their conclusion. He is relaxed and attentive no matter how busy the schedule of his day is. The staff is professional and attentive, taking the time to be sure appointments, prescription etc, are handled in a timely, accurate matter.

He answered all my question, took his time explaining and would not rush you!!!
I am very thankful!

Dr. Munzer was fantastic! I read online reviews about him and the New Windsor Location before booking the appt. He listened and addressed all of my ailments and concerns. Offered sound practical advice and theories. We came up with a treatment plan and tentative follow-up care as necessary. He’s not afraid to push the envelope with the insurance company. We discussed an MRI right away.

He listens, he’s knowledgeable, it’s hard to find doctor’s who actually listen to your concerns without prescribing every medication in hopes that will solve the problem to get you out of their office quicker. He actually takes the time to listen which in my book is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Munzer was extremely thorough. He made me feel comfortable through every step of the process. Dr. Munzer was caring . He asked about my comfort level regularly through the process. He also made sure I understood what was going on throughout the procedure.

I've been fighting sinus issues for the past 15-18 years. I met with a ENT specialist about 12 years ago, and had sinus surgery, but still had some of the problems that I was experiencing prior to the surgery. After years of suffering and frustration, I decided to visit with ENT and Allergy Associates in New Windsor. Met with both Dr.Munzer and Dr Panda. They sat down with me and fully explained everything that was going on. Dr. Munzer suggested a CT scan and allergy test. I met with Dr. Panda for my allergy testing and results and he explained everything to me. The results found that I had no allergies, and he took me off my 2 allergy medications and prescribed a nasal spray. Within 2 days, my problems were 100% improved, and I haven't felt this good in several years. I then met with Dr. Munzer to discuss my CT scan and he said that I had a deviated septum. I told him that since Dr. Panda took me off my 2 allergy medications and prescribed me a nasal spray, I felt 100% better

amazing, easy ear cleaning

A little over a year ago I was having an ear ache...I went to see Dr. Munzer...after the examination he asked if I would go and have an MRI...I did...within 24 hours, Dr. Munzer contacted me and told me I had a Brain Tumor...He called Mt. Sinai Hosp in NYC and he arranged for me to see the Head Neurologist...2 weeks later I was operated on...thank goodness it was benign.....THANK YOU DR. MUNZER

Having never met Dr. Munzer prior to my appointment, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. He is professional, knowledgable and efficient. He used great judgement for my diagnosis and resolved the issue during the same appointment. I would recommend anyone to see him. He knows what he is doing, which makes him a great doctor. I am thankful I found him during my time of crisis and will definitely be back as needed.
