I was looking for a place to have my moms watch repaired.. I was pleased to find this gem.. Their staff is fantastic!! I was assisted by Jazmin and couldn't be happier. Jazmin was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional! He definitely went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!!

I took a lot of jewelry into the APR57 200 W 57th St Ground Floor
New York location a few weeks ago. David was very knowledgeable and kind, and really took his time reviewing as well as giving input into each one of my pieces. I felt he was very honest about what was worth selling and what pieces were worth keeping or selling elsewhere.

I like doing business with APR57's Jewelry. I am able to come in with jewelry for appraisal or sale without an appointment. The staff there are very polite, friendly, and professional. I feel like I have always gotten a fair price for my jewelry, when I have sold it to them. They are my go-to place when I have pieces to evaluate or sell.

Really nice people. I brought in a bracelet and the professional looked it over and gave me very good information about its gold, gemstones, and other pertinent details. He was also really nice to my kid, showing him all sorts of instruments and scientific stuff about how he uses various methods to look closely at the gemstones, check the quality of the precious metals (in this case, gold) and so on.

In the main showroom, the clerks were really friendly and approachable, and they cleaned one of my pieces of jewelry as a courtesy. The jewelry throughout the showroom is amazing -- there's some museum-quality, vintage, high-craftsmanship stuff in there, with all types of gems and styles.

I purchased my fiancé's engagement ring this past January. I have to say the service is Top notch and they make you feel important and non rushed In helping with your decisions. I went to other places and I felt like a prisoner. At APR57 I had David Lee helping me with a life changing event in my life buying an Engagement Ring. Happy to say I had to go back recently to get my fiancé's ring sized due to her losing weight the last six months. David and his assistant Sophia went beyond again to take care of me and also had the ring cleaned as well.

I bought my wife's engagement/ wedding ring here about 2 years ago. I had such a wonder experience. If I'm ever in the marker for more jewelry i will DEFINITELY COME BACK.

I went to the place where I purchased my wife's engagement ring to get a repair done because the prongs around her diamond were loose. They told me it would take up to a month to get it repaired. I decided not to continue this service with them and ended up going to APR57 and it was the best decision I could have made. Everyone is extremely friendly on the phone and in the store . We came in and David Lee fixed the prongs and even went above and beyond and polished it for us within minutes. Highly recommend going here and seeing David Lee for all your jewelry and watches needs!

My most recent experience was when I referred a friend of mine from work. I tagged along with him to look at ring options for his now wife. Multiple people came over to say hi and congratulate my friend after he shared why he was in the store. It was so cool to watch everyone work together to find the ring set my buddy finally chose out of the many he was able to look at. I am truly grateful for the way they treated my friend and the fun we all had in getting him the rings they used on their wedding day. Thank you!!

5 star service ,took my watch in for service,Jazmin took her time and was very patient
Explaining how the service is done, they spent at least 30 minutes without charging me ,they also did an adjustment to my watch .
They also have snack section where you get drinks ,coffee and snacks ,there prices are reasonable,and all the staff are super friendly.
