This is my go to place to change my watch battery. They do it right on the spot and it is very affordable! The staff is friendly and the location is so convenient. Highly recommend this place.

Got a chain for a necklace replaced here when Pandora (where the necklace was from) refused. They were so friendly and offered us a superb deal. I have also gotten a locket engraved at their previous location. First went to Another store but they were unclear on what the lettering would look like and the prices were ridiculous. APR57 did a beautiful job on the engraving and I was so happy with it. Both times service was great and the prices were unbeatable. I will definitely return if I ever need jewellery repairs or engravings. There is a large selection of beautiful jewellery in-store, mostly all reasonably priced. This is my new favorite jewellery store!

Excellent service, very friendly and fast. I was there to get my watch battery replaced and they even cleaned my ring and watch at no additional charge. I will be visiting them again for any jewellery related needs!

Friendly service. Reasonably priced. One of our watch clasps was broken. They fixed it right on the spot for free. A different place we went to wanted to sell us a new clasp and install it for a hefty fee. Additionally, these guys charged resonably to replace a watch battery. Again, done quickly right on the spot. I highly recommend them.

We got our engagement ring and our wedding bands with David Lee at APR57 and we LOVE our final products. David Lee and his family are so knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. They never tried to "up-sell" us either.

At one appointment, I brought my watch in to have the batteries replaced and David noticed that my band was off-centered and offered to correct it for me! That's the type of customer service and attention to detail that David and his family provides when you visit APR57.

Buying an engagement ring is definitely a top item on the list of "toughest decisions ever".

Everyone at APR57 was very understanding of my concerns and they took the time to assure me at every opportunity that the ring I envisioned would turn into reality. They were able to provide me with useful designs, plastic moldings, and mock pictures of the final design. It's very hard to visualize a ring without these tools and I was very thankful that they had these available!

I was extremely pleased with my entire experience. The APR57 was extremely informative and easy to navigate. They address issues and info that it is important not only to the every day watch buyer, but also to the watch enthusiast and collector. They discuss the quality of the hands,issue of bracelet stretch (which most Company do not even mention), color of hands and markers, whether parts have been replaced or not, amongst other important criteria. Price was more than fair and I would say better than most sites that are out there. Sophia was quick, responsive, and extremely personable via email. Jasmine was great with forwarding payment method and shipping; which was overnight from NY to California. Watch was exactly what the pictures looked like and description on the website. I am more than happy and will be a future customer. I encourage customers to look here before anywhere else. The only problem was that I wish I had more money to buy more watches! I guess that's my fault not theirs.

I have been looking for a Rolex Air King for years. A couple of weeks ago I found APR57 via the Google. I saw a watch I was interested in. Today I drove there and met with Paul. He was great and very helpful. He showed me a watch I was interested. Within minutes the deal was made and my wrist had a new bling to it. Thanks APR57.

There are some purchases that have left notable memories for me: the first house I bought, the purchase of my car, and now the purchase of my first Rolex. I've been interested in watches for a long time but not knowing enough about the used Rolex market, I was extremely hesitant to purchase. Originally finding out about APR57 , I've been eyeing their online selection for months but finally found the model I was interested in. After setting up an appointment, I met with David Lee at their showroom and wow, the reviews are accurate, it's like a candy store for watch aficionados! What's great is David Lee was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable (I learned a lot not only of their operation but a good amount of the history about Rolex, the best way to start collecting, and of maintenance to ensure my watch continues to run properly), and never felt like I was being pushed to buy a more expensive watch. From what David Lee mentioned, the majority of their business is online based, but if you have the opportunity to check them out in person, I highly recommend it. In the end I left extremely satisfied with the entire experience and can't wait until I'm ready for my next watch!

David Lee is a great watch dealer. one of the very best there is. very honest and all around a great person to talk to regarding vintage timepieces. highly recommended.

Honestly, this is the only place to buy vintage Rolex, or to have your vintage watch serviced. Everyone I've interacted with here is passionate about vintage watches, friendly, and honest.

Service: I've had two vintage watches serviced here. everything is done in house. being able to speak directly with the watchmaker who does the service was amazing. service prices are great, and the turn around time is so much quicker than sending the watch off to Rolex.

Sales: amazing selection of vintage watches, with a range of prices from low to ultra high end. these guys price the watches right, as evidenced by the volume of watches that they sell... I check their website several times a day, and watches typically sell within 24 hours. You gotta move fast if you see something you like! It took me over a year to find exactly what I wanted, and to move quick enough to snag the watch as soon as it was available, but let me tell you - I LOVE my vintage submariner from Apr57

Apparently there are not too many watch repair spots open on a Saturday morning so when I found APR57 from a quick Google search I headed right over. I had recently purchased a watch that was a bit too big for my little wrists so I wanted to get it tightened. Also, my bf needed a quick repair as one of the stones in his watch fell out.
They have a great selection of high end pre owned watches and some beautiful rings and other jewelry in this Big shop. The service was so quick and affordable) within 45 minutes both our watches were fixed and only

David hooked me up with my dream watch today! For several years, I have wanted a vintage men's Rolex Date just (with a leather band I could switch out as seasons and trends change) and finally, after celebrating a major (40th) bday, my mom suggested I take the plunge and offered to pay for part of it as my gift. I did some online research on pricing and vendors, but really wanted to find a reputable local shop where I could get the watch serviced. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that I was in the right place and immediately saw the exact watch I was looking for (1973 Rolex Date just). David worked with me in terms of my budget (the watch retails online and appraises for way more than I paid for it). He also took the time to show me how to switch out the bands and included an extra band I can change myself. I absolutely love my new watch and feel confident in David and my purchase. If you are in the market for a timepiece, come here first!

Excellent Customer Service - These people really enjoy what they do and it shows how they treat the customers, each other, and their business. I purchased a few watch straps and David change one and showed me how to do it on my own as well. They have earned their high rating.

Paul and the APR57 team have helped with me find two great Rolexes over the last few years. Even as vintage watches, both Rolexes are in pristine condition and were fairly priced.
