Ms. Melody was very nice, as nice as you could hope all receptionists are. The technician for the MRI made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for excellent service.

Hyder was SO comforting to my daughter and myself. He made us feel relaxed as possible under the circumstances, was reassuring, and at the same time, very professional.

Mr Sloven, I don’t know many workers today that go to extreme and learn to understand patients’ needs and concerns but Mr. Staton took the time to put my body and mind at ease throughout the entire process. I can’t thank him enough for all that he has done for me. I have to return again soon for another MRI of my other knee and I will certainly come back to your radiology group as I will also refer others as well since II had a really good experience there. It is rare these days to meet workers like Michael that care really cares about his patients comfort and peace of mind

It's nice to come to this office and be treated like a person and not just another social security number. I've had many multiple injuries playing sports, so needless to say I've had to have many MRI's done and numerous x-rays.

They have the most professional, kind, compassionate, helpful staff in the industry. It's always a bit nerve wracking taking diagnostics, but their staff has always put me at ease. I actually look forward to coming to their office.

You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. The "front desk ladies" were very busy, kind, helpful, and forthright. I came 15 minutes before my apt, and was immediately notified they were behind schedule. The "hour behind schedule" actually only lasted 20 minutes. I could tell they were working hard to turn things around without actually rushing their patients. The staff working the individual machines are knowledgeable and friendly.
