Dr. Lee is so wonderful. She is patient and kind, explains everything thoroughly and I trust her. All very important qualities in a dentist. My husband is now coming here for treatment from her and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone... and I will.

I've been afraid to come to the dentist because of bad service(s) that I had in previous years. But now, I would like to change that statement. The experience I had today was very friendly and so comfortable! I would recommend to people who are afraid to be seen at a dentist office. I'll be coming back often now! Thank you for making me smile again!

Getting an implant was easy and pain free. Don't be scared of the procedure. It sounds much worse than it is. I had no pain when they put in the post. No pain while it healed. I can't believe I lived with a missing tooth for so long. Now you can't even tell I'm missing a tooth. I'm not afraid to a smile a full smile. I highly recommend it.

I don't know where to begin. My teeth were not only very neglected but I fell on them and they were traumatized. In a very short period of time my teeth looked completely rotten, yellow, and some teeth were shifting. I hated to smile and to look in the mirror. I did not know that there even was a possibility to have a beautiful smile ever again.



My entire outlook has changed. Dr Trivedi not only gave me the Hollywood smile I always wanted, but it was completely painless. Her bedside manner was amazing. I LOVE MY DENTIST! She's professional, knowledgeable, very patient, and caring! She has given me a beautiful smile and I don't think she realizes what a wonderful impact her work has had in my life. She gave me back my smile and laughter. For that I am so grateful!



The entire office feels like a family. I actually look forward to seeing them!

The staff and the Doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. They accommodate me for my appointments and are timely.

I came in today thinking it was my appointment date. Anna at the front desk was VERY courteous and extremely helpful in letting the staff know that I came in the wrong day - but I wanted to be seen today. Everyone was so accommodating and I was 1st seen by Tyrell (who is relatively new) he was so nice, friendly and professional. I told him I was going to let the doctors know that he has a great bedside manner (or perhaps since this is a dentist I should say chair side manner C:). I am very happy that I have all of you at Preferred Dental care to take care of me. I will tell people about you all the time. I hope some of them decide to become patients!

Dr Choi has been remarkable. Her patience and knowledge has eased any nervousness or apprehension I had. The care I received at Preferred Dental has made me feel as if I am truly cared for, not only as a patient but as a person. I am so excited to see my results of my Invisalign and I’m glad that Dr. Choi will be there to help through each step of the way!!

This office has warm, friendly staff who know what they're doing and really show that they care for their patients. With all specialists in the building, I was able to get a root. Canal and implants without any referrals to be Sent elsewhere.



Also, their giant fish is my new best friend! He kept approaching me and it kept me calm while I waited for my appointment.

I Love going to Preffered Dental Care because the staff are so friendly and the service is exceptional. The doctors and the staff make going to the dentist almost enjoyable.

u walk in there and there is a person for every step of the way. after filling out an application out they ran my credit. never going back there. also felt like i was in a foreign country.

going back to y little private practice who was quaint and not all about money...they must make tons of money here ...they need to to cover the overhead.

GREAT WAY TO TELL THEIR PASSION, NOT COMPASSION. THEY LOVE INSURANCE AND $$$$

The ad for Preferred Dental Care in Flushing could be misleading. In the ad, they offered a free dental exam and free digital x-ray for first time patients. When you get there, they will offer you their long narrow parking but you have to leave your keys with them. But you will have to move your car out of the way when someone leaves. Inside the offce, they will ask for your insurance card and drivers license then make a photocopy of it. Then they give you a form so you can fill out your personal information. As you submit this form to the receptionist, she will ask you to stand by her as she enters this information into the computer. You don't get their printed dental policy until after you put your signature on their swipe machine. Having done that, you continue sitting in the waiting room for about an hour and half. When they call your name, you walk into the hallway and enter one of the lined-up cubicles for dental work. They charge your insurance a lot of money and you will have to pay out-of-pocket expense if insurance pay less than what they're asking for. This seems to be a very expensive dental place with poor service.

Well, if anyone hates taking the chair, it’s me! Actually, I’ve been through the mill with many other dentists. So I remember my first appointment, WOW, the office staff was so friendly and the office so beautiful and oh so clean!

I am on disability and I never thought I would have money to pay for all the intensive dental care. I sat with one of the financial consultants and she got me a ‘Care Credit’ advance with a fixed term. I literally cried.

Then I met my new dentist, Dr. Choi. I loved her from the minute we shook hands. The top teeth were first – and I believed she could and would give me the smile I always wanted. I knew I could get through it. I suffer from anxiety and Dr. Choi and I told jokes. As each treatment took place – everything was explained fully. I even called Dr. Choi on her vacation and she called me back. After all, they say you have to be pretty – but it is all worth it to have a beautiful smile. I love Dr. Choi and I recommend her and Preferred Dental Care very highly.
