We have used Tri State Domestic several times over the past years, they have always been very loyal and reliable. They found us our current Chef and Housekeeper. Most recently they placed a very talented Personal Assistant that also will be overseeing renovation in our Hamptons home. Our family appreciated the precise screening process, Tri State does not inundate us with droves of semi- qualified applicants.... they vet them and send us the best of the best to fit our unique needs.

Our requirements for a new housekeeper were challenging because we needed someone able to travel with the family for the winter and summer. Tri State Domestic filled the position and all of my requirements were satisfied. We expect another child soon and will happily use them exclusively for the new nanny position.

They took the time to understand what I was seeking, specific duties the housekeeper would be assigned, and the type of service I was accustomed too. A few weeks prior to the birth of our son we called Tri State Domestic in effort to get information about hiring a baby nurse to live-in for a few months. We hired a baby nurse and then offered Louise the opportunity to stay on with us as a full time nanny. I don’t know how I would have made it through the last year without her. Thank you Tri State!

Very unprofessional and this needs to change! I have never met an agency that behaves this way. People should be treated with respect and not talked down to like animals. If they do not know how to be professional, then they should not be in business.
