Service was quick and reasonably priced. Needed a new pipe installed at water meter in the yard.

Thanks to your swift service, my bath tub is unclogged and ready for bubble bath time! The service repair man was courteous and diligent in finding the problem and getting it fixed, no easy task as it was a 2 day process. All good now, and will call you guys next time I have an issue!

I bought a dishwasher from a local store promising removal and installation... all they did was drop it off and tell me I needed a plumber. I called Roto Rooter and John came to my home. He evaluated the problem and gave me a set price, the work ended up being much more involved thanks to have an ancient dishwasher... but kept working at it and answered all my questions along the way. He was polite and courteous and he cleaned up his workspace. Nice to experience great customer service!

I wanted to take a few moments to recognize Kyle for his prompt and courteous service he provided on August 13, 2010.



The day before, the drain in my basement started to back-up and spread a black, grease-like substance all over the basement floor every time we flushed, ran water, dishes, laundry, etc. After spending most of the day trying to fix it, with the help of my son-in-law, we couldn't accomplish it. I called Roto Rooter the next morning, and Kyle was able to come out promptly.



Kyle was very helpful and informative about the procedure he was performing and why the drain back-up occured. He fixed the drain so it runs properly and offered to come back out and fix it for free if the problem re-occured within the next several days. Kyle also provided tips and what type of products and places to purchase the product (Wal-Mart and/or Roto Rooter) to use for the drain every so often. He even cleaned up his mess afterwards.



I highly recommend Kyle for any future drain/sewer/plumbing service in the future. He is a true example of what customer service should be.

The serviceman "Jesse" was very polite and explain how rice clogs the pipes. He fixed the problem within an hour and he left the kitchen sink area nice and clean. Thank you for the prompt service and the explanation of how "it" all works! I've learned my lesson, I will not be throwing rice down the drain without the proper amount of H2o! Thanks again.

Roto-Rooter service man came to look at a possible leak in my basement. After removing ceiling tiles he found where the water was collecting by didn't see a leak. Thinks it was condensation from the pipes but wasn't 100%. Vowed to come back at no charge if I see where the leak is coming from and gave me his personal number to call. How do you beat that! As verification he checked all toliets, showers, sinks to make sure no leaks. Didn't find anything but thought one of the toliets could flush better so worked on that and now the toliet is working better than ever. Hoping that toliet might have been what was causing the originally issue and the callback won't be necessaty. Maybe it will be 2 for 2 on my issues.

Rob was great!!! He was cool and knew exactly what was wrong with our sink. He fixed the problem very quickly and was a pleasure to have in our house !!!!

Bill Connolly was the serviceman who came to my home on May 28, 2010. He put in a new kitchen faucet and made necessary repairs and replacements to the existing fixtures under the sink. He was knowledgeable about the equipment, very polite and explained thoroughly about the care and upkeep of my new faucet and fixtures. He also told me what to do if I had problems. I was very satisfied with his service. Thanks!

Prompt arrival, patience, good listeners about the problem. Very knowledgeable.. Will match prices at a middle level. A little expensive for the service. Once they locate damage outside property they wont go beyond the area since their equipment not capable to go further. City of San Antonio responsible for this inspection and they would not touch it till private company inspected. I believe City is wasting money cause imcompetence personnel that does not wish to commence inspections.. so they will end up paying double, Roto Rooter and the city making a good team back to back. Roto Rooter will fix temporary till city will take over. Temp Fix okay.

We had been having a serious drainage problem in laundry sink. My call to Roto Rooter was answered quickly and I was told someone would call me back with an appointment time in my area within the hour. I received a call back within 10 minutes and the plumber was at my home within 1/2 hour. Alex was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It was difficult to get the drain cap off but he kept at it and cleaned the drain line from laundry area all the way out to the main line. This is the first time we had called Roto Rooter company and were very pleased with the plumber and the work he performed. He also cleaned up the area. We definately highly recommend Roto Rooter, Thanks!!

The first person I talked with to schedule the app. was very friendly and put me at ease. The bummer was that they were apparently very busy and no one was able to make it to my house within the 2 hour estimate, however, someone did make it that day and give me an estimate. He had all the tools he needed, including a back-up saw when his first one broke. He was forced to make repairs in a wet (due to the leak), terrible crawlspace, which meant only crawling in and out. He completed the job in one day and it was a pretty big job. He also showed me the pipes and explained everything that was happening.



I did think the price was high but I have never had plumbing repairs before so I can't really compare.

Having had a recent bad experience with a local discount plumbing outfit who delivered on their promise of "lowest price" ( lowest price = showed up late, was a slob, made a mess of our kitchen and had to borrow some of my tools! ) , this time we decided to go back with the company we used when we lived in Southern California, Roto-Rooter. We were not let down. Alex, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He was professional in his demeanor , very considerate in respecting our home while conducting his work. From start with the free of charge, no obligation diagnosis to finish with a 6 month guarantee of work performed at hand, It took 2 1/2 hours of non stop work to have our home back in full operation without a trace of having a hard working plumber on site ! Alex is a true asset to his company.

I called roto-rooter and they were at my house within the hour!.The plumber was curtious,kind,and helpful.My plumbing problems were fixed within an hour. I was very pleased with everything.
