Service Tech, George, was friendly and knew what he as doing. Happy with work performed. Service was quick. Would recommend to family and friends.

I just move in to my new place and found out, i did not have a gas hook up for my dryer, well first i thought to have some of my friends do the job right!?, but something told me, i should call a professional, i am dealing with gas, and come on, if it not done right?, i could have some serious problems on my hands and even in worst case possibly death and trust me nobody want that, I am big ghost hunter fan so as always, i called Roto Rooter!, when i call them it was a sunday later in the after noon, to my surprise they said they could get somebody out that day to come check out my problem well he show up on time and was very professional he went to check out my problem and told me he could fix it that day, i was surprise again, i thought he would have to come back , so i agreed for him to do the work , it only took him an hour or so to finished the job, he did a good job, he got my dryer up and running ... if i ever need to call a plumber in the future, trust me, it going to be Roto Rooter!..

Jason came out to help me with my slow sewer drain, and gave me some good ideas and helped me out on my first appointment.

Jason and Tim arrived on time and were cordial and professional. Unfortunately they were unable to help me with a frozen underground line, but did make suggestions and offered to prepare an estimate for further help.

We were having problems with plumbing drainage and made a call to Roto-rooters. Antonio Garcia came out and snaked our pipe with a camera showing us exactly what the problem was with a great explanation to go along with what we were seeing. The service was terrific and very informative.

I called this morning (1/9/2011) at 10:00 a.m. and was told a tech would be at my house by noon. I received a follow up call at 1:00 p.m. saying that the tech would be running late and someone would call when they are on there way. It is now 5:30 p.m. and I had to call and cancel, no biggie right, only 7 hours later and no follow up call to make sure we are still here. 7 hours! I am very pleased to read other postings stating how happy they are with the service. However, I hope no one ever has to wait 7 hours without a phone call wondering is someone in on the way. My wife and I lost our whole day! Horrible.......

I have a reoccurring drainage problem due to a root from a city tree on my property. Typically every 5 years or so the root causes a blockage. The latest occurrance was this past Tuesday. I have always depended upon Roto-Rooter to handle the problem and I have never been disappointed. I called at 8:00 a.m. on the morning of January 4th. Originally we had scheduled a time between 11:00 & 1:00 as I had a different appointment at 8:30 that day. Shortly after 10:00 Roto-Rooter called & asked if they could come earlier. Chris (#209) arrived shortly thereafter and within an hour had solved the problem. As always, the job was professionally completed. Chris is a great technician. I will always call upon Roto-Rooter. We have been having problems with our toilet clogging for quite sometime, Chris(#259) came out and had it fixed in 5 minutes or less! So happy we have a working toliet again. I highly recommend them, very professional and fast!!!!

We noticed everything under our sink was soaked and our new wood floor was pulling up. In a state of panic (as it was New Year's Eve and we thought for sure no one was available), we called Roto-Rooter. To our surprise they were open and our technician Jesse (#68) was at our house in less then an hour of our telephone call. He was absolutely wonderful. Jesse explained how we had a grease build up in our second bathroom which was causing blockage and pressure build up underneath our kitchen sink. Within the hour he had our problem fixed and double checked to make sure the leaks have stopped. I can't thank Roto-Rooter enough for being so responsive to our immediate need and getting the problem fixed so quick. You are an A+ in my book!

Did what was needed and was quick but still a premium for name.

I just needed to snake out a drain and downspout pipe. They originally told me they'd have someone out in 2 hours so I waited around. They called after 2 hours and let me know that he would be a couple hours later. He finally showed up after 5:00 and it was dark. He got to work immediately and gave it a good shot, but concluded, and I agree, that the drain had to be dug up in order to be unclogged( the pipe is embedded under a sidewalk ). I suspected the diagnosis but wanted to let a "professional" take a whack at it first to avoid any unnecessary construction. He charged me $177 for an hour''s work. Granted he had to drive out and pull out a couple of the spendy-er tools but there was no damage done to them. I think $177 an hour is too much money to charge for someone who didn't have to go to school for 8 years and who performs routine plumbing work. Oh well, it was just the company's money.

i called with a cloged sewer problem. tech #7257 arrived shortly after the call. he assesed the situation, and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. he repaired my sewer issue and cleaned up the area . "very professional" thank you patrick and roto-rooter.

Roto Rooter sent Jason out on the 29th. He told me he could get my basement drain upclogged for a reasonable price. Prior to this I had 4 other plumbers come out and they had given me outragous estimates. I told Jason to let me think about it and talk to my husband. I called later that night and scheduled for him to come out the next day. Sure enough he came out and they had my drain unclogged for literally a tenth of what the other plumbers were trying to charge. I would recommend them to anyone, and from now on they are the only ones I want to take care of my plumbing!

Called Roto Rooter back in July and then cleaned my clogged sink and tub. Everything was running great until this past week. I called them at noon and by 1:30 they were already knocking on the door, THE SAME DAY. I was lucky to have the same plummer come out that unclogged my drains the last time so I felt VERY comfortable when I saw Don at the door. He unclogged my tub (which I could have done had I known how to get the drain plug undone). No charge for the call and he also showed me how to get my (tricky) drain plug undone.



I'm giving Roto-Rooter 5 stars because of their commitment to time and excellence. I would reccommend them to everyone!

They tried to charge me over $700 to fix my p-trap and piping under my sink- called Garys plumbing and he did it for $170- Roto-Rooter is only out for your money - trust me

Do not call these guys! They take all if your money and their techs have no clue what they are doing- I urge everyone to simply call a company that won't charge you over 600 dollars for a hydro- flush! It's pretty sad how companies like this one take advantage of people in a bind- Stay Away!

Had a clogged sink drain and like other reviewers, no quote over the phone. Tech was there in 2 hours. The quote was $259 plus tax which I thought was a bit high but I just wanted the job done so I had him do it. He was knowledgable and friendly and was done in less than an hour. 6 month guarantee, but he said to not use the garbase disposal because that is causing the issue.

I called the 1(800)768-6911 to see how much a clogged shower drain was going to cost to unclog the csr told me that roto rooter are not plumbers and giving price over the phone was not fair the tech will come and look at my problem and give me a price on the clog at hand (a free estimate).dont like the price just say no and the tech will go on has way.2 hours later the tech showed up asked to look at my problem before he came into the house put on his little blue shoe booties looked at the master bath shower went outside took his booties off walked around the house looking for the main clean out i told him the only one i know of is on the front of the house he gave me a price of 165.00 on www.roto rooter.com look for Get Valuable Coupons sign up you will find a $30.00 off coupon that $165.00 just went to $135.00 then the tech got his little machine with in 5 minutes the shower was unclogged he clean up the shower mess which is covered with 6 months guarantee.really professional and fast
