I have been to this salon a couple of times and was recently there for a highlight and cut. I signed in at 5:30 and at 6:20 I still wasn't taken back and the lady at the front desk announced that at 6:30 they would not take any clients for color services. No-one said anything before that, they called my name at 6:40 and needless to say they told me I could not get my color that I waited an hour and ten minutes for. They are very unprofessional, while waiting I heard conversations at the front about two clients. A woman also came in to have her hair cut fixed from earlier that day and was ignored for about twenty minutes. Be smart and stay away!
