always have the gun u are lookin for and there ammo prices are lower than on the internet most of the time and always have all calibers in stock gun prices are hard to beat.

I too remember how small and crowded the store used to be compared to how well stocked and large it is now. The salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is excellent even in this gun conservative state. I wish they were not so crowded on weekends.



I guess that sometimes comes with success, customer service and being such a respected store.

Decent selection and friendly staff. Prices are pretty good and you can sometimes find great deals on used guns here.

I just want to say a big Thank You to Scott "T" for helping me with my purchases over the past several days. I came in Saturday and found him to be utmost helpful and honest with his opinion with my firearm purchase. I wanted to buy something else, but ran short on time. I waited to come back until today and specifically asked for his help when I walked in. I appreciated his knowledge/expertise and just knew he would not steer me in the wrong direction. Just bought a new AR-15 from here the other day, salesmen were great. Had a great deal on the gun and were very fair with my trade in. Had great service. Will be coming back here a lot for my ammo and future gun purchases.

I remember their original location years ago which was basically a tiny hole-in-the-wall on the Berlin Turnpike what a difference the passage of time has made. The store is 5 or 6 times larger than than the former one with a wonderful selection of firearms at what appear to be some very competitive prices. If you are in the market for a gun of any description this definitely is a must stop on your fact gathering tour. There is plenty of help to answer all your questions about guns, ammunition, and hunting in general.

Wow! I went there for the first time this week and I thought the employees were terrific! Being a newbie to guns(pistols anyway) and a woman to boot, I was afraid that they would treat me like I was stupid but they were wonderful. Answered my ton of questions, patiently, showed me various pistols for my needs without being too pushy and were supportive. I will be taking my permit class there in a few weeks. Love that you can try out pistols on their firing range for $10 for 10 shots. Also a neighbor found some old ammo in her basement that her late husband had left years ago. she didn't know what to do with it so she took it to Hoffmans and they took it and disposed of it for her, no problem. Price wise they seem average to other places I have looked around.

Found what I was looking for at a good price. Nice sales person took a fair amount of time to show me several models. Very happy with the purchase.

Great location and this place is big. It is always busy but they have a big variety to choose from. I love that it is so close to me so I use their gun range alot.

This place is awesome. Great selection and I'm always surprised at how much time the staff actually spends with you. Most retail places want to get you out and move on to the next customer but I always feel like a priority at Hoffman's.

5 stars - Weekdays are definitely better

Had a great experience here yesterday. I just received my pistol permit and wanted to buy my first gun. Rick was very helpful and the transaction was quick and smooth.
