The amazing moving team helped making the hassle of moving a painless process. Not only did they accommodate my last minute move, but they were so friendly, didn't overcharge and CAREFUL with all of my things! I've hired movers in the past that ended up scratching my wooden floors, only to result in losing part of my deposit. Not with these guys! Everything arrived just as it was when it was picked up-and they were extremely friendly as well! 5 stars!

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving.

We've used these guys twice, and both times they've been terrific. Once to move stuff into storage (much larger move) and then to move stuff out (smaller). They've done everything I've asked them to and more -- no attitude - very customer oriented. They came when they said they would, and finished faster than I thought they could. They aren't the cheapest out there, but for a very reasonable price, you get great service. No wall divots or scrapes, and they helped me put some things back together, too

It was my first time settling in this city Memphis. Given that I had never relocated before, I did not know what was in store for me. I was not so sure what was going to become of my relocation. They did such a tremendous job relocating me to that new house. I hope they will remain so even in subsequent relocations.

Star USA Moving is a phenomenal moving company! They were very receptive to the inquiries I had actually called with before hiring them. I never employed a moving company prior to; one of the most I had ever before done was lease a U-Haul vehicle as well as move everything myself. Where should I begin? I called Star USA Moving and hired them to move personal belongings into an investment home. Their customer service was very helpful; they sent a representative out to estimate my move on site and provided me with a guaranteed move cost. Pick up was on time, delivery was a day early and everything arrived safely. By far the best move I ever had and absolutely will use again. Star USA Moving under-promised and over-delivered, simply far exceeded my expectations!!

We really enjoyed working with Star USA Moving. They did not harass us or pressure us into making a decision before we were ready. They worked around our schedule and did not overwhelm us with phone calls. They were available at any hour and are very progressive. We emailed them the pictures of some items that we are unsure of the size and we allocated plenty of extra space. Once the furniture was on the truck the final estimate was less than the price we were quoted, so that was a major win for us. Everybody worked together and stayed in communication and as a result everybody is happy in the end. We would recommend them to anybody.

Star USA Moving was the perfect company for our relocation. We liked how much attention they gave us and never pressured us into making a financial commitment before we were ready. They are the actual moving company and do not broker the moves out to a third party. They were very clean working their way through my home and left no mess and no damages to carpets or walls. We were hopeful in getting our furniture within 2 weeks and that’s what happened. They were easy to work with and happy to answer all of our questions. Star USA Moving contacted me in regards to my move. They came into my home and packed everything including my T.Vs, mattresses, pictures and mirrors. The guys came at 9:15 (I was told they would be here between 9 and 10). I was quoted 5,250 dollars. Once they arrived, they rearranged my home for me. I am very satisfied with the services I received around the board from Star USA Moving and highly recommend them and will use them again.

Star USA Moving saved me the trouble of driving. The trip was a tad bit longer than I thought it would be but knowing professionals were handling my furniture through the steep, curving mountains out my mind at ease. Even with my request being on such short notice, they were polite, quick, and ready to listen when I voiced my concerns about the move. I may not be a professional mover, but I don't think it gets any better than this.

I booked Star USA Moving for a move recently. Their crew is awesome, professional and helpful as is their customer service. We had an issue where not all our stuff fit on the truck, but their management called to follow up on the service and gave us a credit for the inconvenience. They have excellent customer service and that counts for a lot. I would definitely use them again based on their professionalism and customer service, but next time I'll be sure to let them know all the things I have upfront.

We had a great experience with Star USA Moving. I contacted them through my friend and the business manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. This was the smoothest move we've had - the movers, showed up on time and got to work right away. They were quick and professional - brought shrink wrap, wardrobe boxes and blankets (all part of their price) and wrapped everything that wasn't already in boxes. We are extremely happy with how the move went and highly recommend them!

I have come to believe that they are second to none. I have tried comparing Star USA Moving and anytime I do that I come to the same conclusion - this is the best relocation company in town. Ranging from affordability to efficiency, they are at the top. The pack of crew they have in place is also amazing. I enjoyed every single step of the relocation. I felt part of the relocation since I got involved in every step of the way. More often, the leader of the crew would come to inquire from me how I saw their services. He was so concerned with my opinion and that made me feel highly valued. Generally, they did quite well and the services were good. If the need be in future, I will hire them out again.
