Provided by YP.comI have 2 dogs and one of is going through some serious health issues - Dr. Tab and the staff at Fox valley veterinary have been so compassionate and helpful. Both my dogs are my very special hairy kids and they are always treated with kindness and respect.

Provided by YP.comDr Tab is our favorite vet over all others in the the last 20 years. We've been in four different states with pets and have seen many vets.
Currently we have a Beagle and a Jack Russell which he has taken care of; in good health and with little scrapes or other illnesses here and there. Every time, he's been very gentle and patient with them. As they've aged he's had great suggestions on preventative care from dental health to managing their weight, which will keep them with us for a long time. We and the pups love Dr Tab and the staff at FVVC.

Provided by YP.comThis is the most professional, kind, caring facility I have ever visited. They make you feel like a family and they have the latest best treatments available. We took our Yorkie to them with heart problems and they found a way to keep him with us an additional two years. We recently purchase a puppy and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We love these guys

Provided by YP.comWe have been going here for 20+ years with all our pets and have found that Dr. Brooks not only knows Boxers but other species as well. He saved one of our pets life with the right exams, medicines, and everything else he and what resources he had available. Our pets are our family and they all treat them as well as us humans with respect and kindness. I don't know the other person went but I'm sure it wasn't there. We highly recommend Dr. Brooks and his entire staff.

Provided by YP.comI was adviced by several clinic clients not to see Dr. Thomas Brooks, At my appointment He was there to see my pet although I set the appointment with another doctor for my puppy. I experienced for my self why the many clients advised me not to let him see my pet; Rude, unproffesional, smug and completely indifferent; visual exam without even checking the heart or chest. I should have walked out and asked for another vet. I was told the dog had Giardia and sold a medicine although the puppy had regular and normal bowl movement in matter of frequency and consistency and got constipated with colics after administration of the medicine. Dr. ran heartworm test and charged for it, a while after I received a reminder that the puppy need to get a heartworm test, I still don't know if he had it or not although I was charged for it.
The records is such a mess, wrong name on the file despite writing the new pet information rather than providing them verbally, wrong appointments and complete indifference to details.
Afer commenting on many mistakes, five in three visits, I received a letter from Dr. Thomas Brooks announcing that I was "Fired as a client'; Like it wasn't enough that I put up with all their mistakes, Dr.'s rudeness and lack of respect to the client and lack of interest in the pet.
Pet Lovers: Beware where you take your pet for care if you care about it; Search for professionals and get references first, Fox valley veterenary clinics is there for your wallet not your pet.
